Spices of India @ Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur presents an incredible gastronomic journey to the South with our latest offering; Spices of India, featuring Guest Chef Mohammad Abbas from The Westin Koregaon Park, Pune, India bringing with him over 13 years of professional culinary experience. The promotion will commence from 7- 13 October 2017 in conjunction with the festival of lights and only available for buffet dinner at the Latest Recipe, Level 5.
Featuring a variety of delectable Indian dishes alongside with our ongoing selection of local and traditional dishes. To satisfy your palette for spicy and flavorful Indian food, try chef’s Butter Chicken, especially cooked in red gravy. Next is the Kadhai jhinga, prawns cooked with caramelized onion, tomato and of course with some Indian spice to add to the unique flavour to the food or try the Teen march jhinga, prawns cooked in red gravy and infused with three types of peppers.
Another favourite is the Murgh Khada Masala, chicken cubes tempered with whole Indian masals and cooked in onion tomato gravy. Also on the menu, two types of lamb dishes, Mutton rogan josh, braised lamb chunks cooked with browned onions, yoghurt, garlic, ginger and aromatic spices and the next option is the Nalli Nihari, lamb meat cooked with bone marrow in rich, spicy red chilli and tomato gravy. If you enjoy Dal curry, we have just the right menu for you, Chef’s creation of Dal banjara cooked with black urad and chana dal together with garlic and tempered with turmeric spices.
Asides, they have loads to offers for their buffet spread where you can enjoy the variety of Indian desserts as well.
