April 5, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Enjoy your weekend buffet here in Eyuzu where you will be definite to tempt your tastebuds with the variety of Japanese delights here.

The ambience with the wooden chairs sitting and they also have private rooms as well.

Start your meal with the scrumptious appetizers in Japan style where you can enjoy the Kani Kamaboko Karaage ( Crispy Crab Stick), Crispy Seaweed Skin, and also crowd favourites Crispy Salmon Skin here.

Appetizers that is available in the buffet spread includes the Wakame Kyushu,Chuka Hotate ( marinated Scallops) , Idako. Chuka Wakame  and also Chuka Kurage is also available in the buffet spread. I love how they are done and is simply addictive especially the Idako and Chuka Kurage which is both my favorites.

You can also grab the taste of the  Makimono which is the Assorted Sushi Roll. Enjoy the various types of sushi freshly prepared by the chef by the counter. Not just that, the choices includes the Inari Sushi, Nigiri Sushi and more.

And the highlights is here! Enjoy till the fullest with the fresh sashimi and oysters. This is amazingly delicious and every mouthful of this indeed brings you with the melts in the mouth sensation.

Not a sashimi person, don’t worry they do have cooked items as well. The buffet spread indeed brings you with the variety of Japanese delights where you can enjoy the Tako Ball Age, Teppanyaki Yasai, Kaki Motoyaki, Grilled Chicken Wings in Japanese Style,Salmon Gratin, and a variety of grilled fish ( Sanma, Saba, Shishamo) to name a few. Help your self with some hot udon and soba as well.

Ends your meal with the variety of desserts offerings including fresh tropical seafood, cakes and pasteries, ice creams, as well as Omochi.
