Sepiring @ Mid Valley : Uniquely Malaysian

March 16, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

A nice place for great food and bringing you the taste of heritage, Sepiring is indeed a place where it carries an exciting variety with recipes from all corners of Malaysia.  The restaurant brings you with the harmonious blend of flavours that makes us all ‘uniquely Malaysian’.
Nasi lemak, curry laksa, rojak and many more is all here in Sepiring will make you savour till the fullest.

Yam Cake (RM 13.90)
Starts your meal with the good serving of yam cake. Made in house with the fresh ingredients, the yam cake give you a moist texture and melts in the mouth and they are topped with the generous portion of dried shrimps, spring onions, and chili.

Penang Rojak (RM 12.90)
The rojak here comes with light spiciness and every mouthful is amazingly good. I am falling in love with it. This exotic salad comes with the thick sauce and the scrumptious ingredients.

Nyonya Nasi Ulam with Ayam Percik (RM 25.90)
The combination taste of Terengganu and Kelantan; and it is amazingly lovely. The nasi ulam which is made in house where the steamed rice is mixed with various types of herbs including the pegangan leaves, together with spices. Mixed with shredded herbs such as daun kaduk, pucuk gajus, onions and more.  The plate of the awesomelicious delights is completed with the generous ingredient and the chicken thigh which is tender and juicy. Not to missed is the half salted egg yolk and keropok lekor at the sides.
Nasi Pandan with Ayam Berempah (RM 21.90)
Fragrantly done, the nasi pandan comes simply awesome. The dish comes irrestiblely good and I don’t mind getting a few calories more after having this. The rice comes fragrant with the light pandan taste in it. Sides with the generous  portion of sambal and also ikan bilis with peanuts. The wholesome dish is perfectly done where it is simply a great indulgence. With the rendang kunyit sauce; it comes awesomely superb.
Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken (RM 15.90)
I still remember this is usually served during fullmoon and I am always dying for this and always be hopeful to have them. And now, no more worries, I can have them all year round where the turmeric glutinous rice is being served with the creamy fragrant chicken curry at the side. It is simply addictive.
Nyonya Laksa (RM 18.90)
Being a big fans of laksa, no one say no to this. Nyonya Laksa originated from  Malacca is simply famous and I am indeed impressed with the laksa which is prepared here. The thick broth with the shredded chicken and prawns. Nicely done with a little squeeze of lime in it. The broth comes aromatic and it is simply surpilicious with the lai fun.
Spicy Smoked Beef Pasta (RM 16.90)
Those who love some western, try their spicy smoked beef pasta where this is their signature. The pasta is cooked al-dente and completed with cubes of beef with it. Addictively good.
Penang Asam Laksa(RM 18.90)
Don’t miss out the asam laksa of course! The addictively good penang style asam laksa is completed with the generous portion of rice noodles with the sourish spicy  broth. Together with it, is the generous portion of shredded mackerel and ginger flower.
Durian Pancake (RM 14.90)
Looking at this; my tummy is drolling again even I have eat so much. The durian pancake  is one of the signature here where it comes with the generous portion of fresh pure durian inside.
Bubur Cha Cha (RM 8.00)
Loading you with the creamy bubur cha cha. Loaded with the sweet potatoes, yam and sago in it. This is irrestible!
Stylo Milo Ais Kachang (RM 14.90)
We are indeed something unique and available only for limited time only. The delicious ais kachang is filled with the crunchy chocolate flavoured shaved ice and koko krunch in it. Nice!
Teh Tarik Ais Kachang (RM 10.90)
This is perfect for a hot day. The beautifully presented ais kachang with loads of colourful bites is between comes heavenly with the fragrant teh Tarik taste in it.
Coffee lover would definitely fall in love with their signature coffee sensations where they have brings you with the twist of Malaysian in it. Have the Gula Melaka Latte  (RM 11) which would be a sweeter version of Latte with the fragrant hint of Gula Melaka in it.

And why not enjoy the best of Malaysia all here!
