Three on Canton at Gateway Hotel Presents Spanish Festival – Festín de España

March 13, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Three on Canton invites diners to embark on an exotic culinary journey with Iberian flair. From now until 30 April 2017, Festín de España serves up an array of authentic Spanish gourmet dishes during the nightly dinner buffet.

The Spanish feast begins with a selection of mouthwatering appetisers, such as Serrano ham, Squid and mussel salad, Ceviche and Spanish cheeses. The vibrant Gazpacho blends fresh summer tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers making the soup rich and bursting with flavour.

Paella lovers shouldn’t miss the Seafood paella, one of Spain’s most beloved dishes. This classic rice dish features a wide variety of the freshest seafood including lobster, shrimp, mussels and squid, cooked together with saffron and seasonings. Fresh tomatoes and bell peppers enhance the colourful presentation, emblematic of Spain’s vivacious culture. Other savoury mains include Ox-tripe stewed with chorizo, Spanish-style fish stewed with saffron, Lamb meatballs with yoghurt saffron, Spanish omelette and Saffron chicken with parsley and lemon.

A series of Spanish de
sserts are handcrafted by the talented pastry team. As well as the unforgettable traditional Spanish churros with chocolate sauce, guests can indulge in Almond and caramel mousse cake, Spanish cheesecake, Crema catalane and Chestnut flan.

Guests at Be on Canton can savour classic Spanish tapas paired with fruity Sangria in al fresco Spanish style. Bold-flavoured bites and skewer delights include Olives with garlic and chili pepper, Bruschetta, Herring with sour cream and onion, Green mussels with spicy tomatoes salsa, Spicy prawn with polenta, Serrano ham croquette and Sauteed bottom mushroom. Tapas are accompanied by four refreshing varieties of Sangria: alcoholic Blackcurrant sangria and White elderflower sangria, and non-alcoholic Rose sangria and Elderflower sangria, priced at HK$95 per glass. Olé!
