Petals of Prosperity @ Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant, One World Hotel PJ

Lunar New Year is all about extravagance and to mark the auspicious occasion, Chef Kong who helms the kitchen of Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant serves up traditional dishes with a touch of artistry.
And this year, Zuan Yuan brings you with three set menus that conjure the wishes and hopes for the New Year are offered and it is suffice to say the trio top notch menus check all the right boxes and won’t disappoint! The meal starts brilliantly with premium yee sang accompanied with a choice of salmon, whitebait or abalone.

Yee Sang with Salmon
Toss for prosperity here and get your “ONG MARI MARI” at Zuan Yuan. Toss them with the choice of salmon, whitebait or abalone. Grab more of the yee sang and toss higher this year for more prosperity. And you will of course be pampered with all those goodies
金玉满堂堆漫屋
Deluxe Braised Sea Treasures Soup with “Song Rong” Mushroom
We enjoyed the delicious warm soup which is completed with the sea treasure and also the “Song Rong”mushroom in it. The Soup comes simply soothing and delicious making every mouthful divinely good.
喜鹊晨鸣迎新春
Steamed Village Chicken with Chinese Herb
Enjoy the silky white chicken that is served with the generous portion of Chinese herbs. Love the fragrant of the Chinese herbs which is well infused in the tender juicy chicken meat with it.
鱼跃龙门显富贵
Steamed Dragon Garoupa with Superior Soy Sauce “Hong Kong” Style
Back to basic, nothing fancy but it is indeed a good one to have. Steamed till perfection, the fish meat remains flaky and well match with the superior soy sauce.

Wok Fried Sea Prawn Coated with Crumbs and Golden Garlic
Enjoy till the fullest with the delicious sea prawn which is being wok fried till perfection leaving you with the crumbs and golden garlic. Awesomely done and juicy prawns which is definite to enjoy

Braised Dried Oyster, Flower Mushroom and Sea Moss with Superior Oyster Sauce
Enjoy the auspicious moments with loads of delightful ingredients in one plate. Filled your tummy with the awesome-licious dried oyster together with the Flower Mushroom and Sea Moss with Superior Oyster Sauce. The sea moss is good and it served well with the pluppy juicy dried oysters and mushrooms.

Steamed Rice with Fried Yam, Preserved Sliced Duck and Sausage in Claypot
Enjoy the hearty bowl of steamed rice with all the CNY Goodies in one big bowl. Love how they are served where the warm rice cooked with the dark soy sauce, and all the delicious ingredients.

Steamed Coconut “Nian Gao”
Ends your meal with the steamed coconut “nian gao”.

Dried Pear Soup with Red Date, Snow Fungus, Snow Lotus Seed and Peach Gum
You can enjoy the soothing bowl of desserts to ends your meal.
The set menus are priced at RM1,738.00 nett, RM1,988.00 nett, and RM2,218.00 for a table of ten with a complimentary bottle of wine.
