MIGF Menu 2016 @ Pampas Old Malaya

October 16, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Situated in a century-old building that harkens back to the days of the British colonisation of Malaya, Pampas is a restaurant oozing style. Vintage photographs adorn the walls in the relaxed dining area, while an airy bar area offering a fabulous view of the soaring KL Tower immediately adjacent to the restaurant sits on one side of the premises.
The restaurant bringing their first time to MIGF with their tantalising dishes which definitely something to look for. Behind the scene, Chef Salman Sajal is the chef you will definite to look for when in Pampas. Having arrived from his native Bangladesh as a teenager a decade ago, he has spent that time honing his craft in the Pampas Group’s other restaurants and now proudly heads up their latest venture. With a menu that fuses traditional grilled steaks and seafood, his succulent three-course menu is sure to delight all diners, while his desserts are the stuff of dreams for those with a sweet tooth.
Appetiser
Grilled King Prawn
Enjoy the plate of the gracious jumbo king prawn. The prawn which is being grilled  till perfection, leaving you a moist and juicy texture and it is served with the Diced Potato and Spring Onions. Deliciously done with the twist of zestiness in it.
Main Course
Grilled Black Angus Beef Tenderloin
For those who are looking for some meat, the Angus Beef with Tenderloin is indeed impressive. It is well grilled till perfection, medium done and served with the Horseradish Mash Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Dijon Mustard.

Tandoori Flavoured Halibut Fish Fillet

You may opt for the Pan Fried Tandoori Flavoured Halibut Fish Fillet served with Mint Yoghurt Cucumber Raita, if you are not a fans of Beef instead. With the hint of the fragrant Tandoori, the fish is indeed well marinated till perfection and moist texture.
Dessert
Chocolate Lava

A Not To Be Missed desserts here at Pampas, the Chocolate Lava is being served with Berry Compote and Vanilla Ice Cream. The ooziness of the creamy chocolate makes a good match with the ice cream which is being served.
