ESCAPE THE WINTER BLUES AT M BAR THIS SPRING

M Spring is a time to celebrate new beginnings and what a great way to do that over light cocktails crafted using fresh fruits and herbs. Whether with friends or colleagues, sip on a variety of season-inspired cocktails while feeling refreshed at our chic M bar perched on the 25th floor while admiring views of Victoria Harbour and the city skyline.

Available starting March 21, seven new cocktails will be on offer including:

Mandarin + Tangerine
Ketel One Citroen Vodka with Mandarine Napoléon, Blue Curaçao liqueur, tangerine, clover honey, garnished with vanilla and topped with Ruinart ‘R’ Brut.

Dill Piper
Dill infused Crop Organic Cucumber Vodka with Yellow Chartreuse liqueur and liquorice bitters served in a glass pipe.

Lavender Twist
Jameson Irish Whiskey with blueberry, cassis, lemon, and lavender bitters.

Piscine
Rosé wine with Lillet Blanc, raspberry, strawberry, rosemary, green apple and lime.

Teq-Thyme
Casamigos Tequila Blanco with Grand Marnier, Thyme Honey Reduction, lemon and grapefruit bitters.

The Pink-Plum
Four Fox Sake with Aperol Aperitivo, Hachimitu Umeshu Japanese Wine, cherry blossom and plum.

The Vert
Eden Mill Hop Gin with matcha green tea, lemon, topped with soda and slices of kiwi to bring up the flavor.

M bar is open 11 a.m. to 12:45 a.m. Monday to Friday
5 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. on Saturdays
5 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays

Cost: Mandarin + Tangerine is priced at HKD208+
All other cocktails are priced HKD138+
