The stylish Three on Canton restaurant at Gateway Hotel presents elegant edible flower lunch and dinner buffets from 1 March to 30 April 2016. A tantalising selection of appetisers, hot mains and desserts will be served, enriched with edible flowers to add a burst of freshness and subtle flavour notes.

Spring blossoms make creative food components that taste as delightful as they look. Chefs at Three on Canton specially select the finest seasonal flowers, including rose, sakura, chrysanthemum, roselle, lavender, osmanthus and jasmine. Floral appetisers include Saffron panna cotta with salmon roe, Crabmeat roll with chrysanthemum, Poached fish fillet with osmanthus and Marinated tuna with lavender.

The elegant floral food journey continues with chef-crafted hot dishes, including Slow-cooked duck breast with osmanthus, Fried fish fillet with roselle sauce and Roasted chicken with rose jus. Roasted beef with lavender and Sauteed pork rib with saffron and preserved prune are other must-try dishes.

Creative inspiration reaches its zenith in the delightful sweets and desserts. Sumptuous gourmet artworks include Cherry blossom panna cotta, Sweet osmathus citrus agar agar, Jasmine crème brulee, Rose lychee white chocolate mousse and Chocolate flowerpot cake.
A selection of soothing floral tea complements the floral dishes. Jasmine pearls, Osmanthus oolong, Lychee black tea and Sweet memories floral tea blend are available for guests during the lunch and dinner buffet periods. For something a little stronger, guests can choose from four special floral cocktails: Hawaiian flower, Rosalinda way, Purple scent and Bumble bee, all are priced at HK$95 each.

In addition to the floral buffet, a Blooming Floral High Tea Set is available from now until 30 April 2016 at Three on Canton and Be on Canton. The three-tier high tea set offers a variety of petite delights, including Marinated salmon with lavender and Fig and crabmeat sandwich for savouries. Rose cream cheesecake, Lemon flower and strawberry macaron, Lemon and honey butter scone and Cherry blossom panna cotta are among whimsical sweet treats. The Blooming Floral High Tea Set is priced at HK$488* for two.
