Highlighted dishes include the succulent Chilled Boston Lobster and the made-to-order Sea Urchin Sushi at the Japanese counter. Both are fresh and delectable choices you shouldn’t miss. The colourful and fragrant Champagne Scented Lobster and Seafood Cocktail is made of lobster meat, salmon roe and salad green, topped with a refreshing champagne dressing which complements the sweet seafood in cocktail perfectly. For Sesame Citrus Lobster with Sea Urchin Cream Sauce, the lobster meat is cooked with the Sea Urchin-infused creamy sauce and the flavour is further enhanced by fresh citrus peels. Furthermore, an array of extravagant delicacies such as Chilled Seafood Platter, Assorted Sashimi, Vietnamese specialities and Indian Curries are available for your enjoyment.

To add on, there are more than 30 kinds of tempting desserts offered for your selection. Blending the savoury Sea Urchin to the desserts, Sea Urchin Mousse with Black Truffle and Wasabi Mousse with Sea Urchin are the astonishing creations which impress every diner.  For Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake, the thick and smooth layer of chocolate mousse on the almond cake base offers a rich sensation. Other choices like Chocolate Fountain and Mini Cup Ice-cream can surely make your day too.
