SINAR RAMADHAN IN SAUJANA

Experience a “buka puasa” in the admist lush tropical gardens facing an exquisite view of the Saujana Hotel’s lake and pool. Treat yourself in this holy month of Ramadhan as you indulge in an array of more than 150 dishes from their never ending buffet spread of local and traditional delights.

Savour their delicious dishes with their 5-rotating menus priced at RM134 for adults and RM65 for children between 6 and 12 for poolside and in Charcoal, you can enjoy their traditional Western style grill rooms priced at RM 146 . Providing diners with a more extensive global dining experience, the menu consists of various local and international dishes.

We started with their delicious appetizers where dine till the fullest with the variety choices of delights from the Marinated Smoked Salmon with Pepper, Cherry Tomato Salad, Mushroom Salad, Kerabu Daging, Mesclun Mixed Salad, Asparagus salad, Tauhu Subat, Tuna Nicoise, Kerabu Ayam, Acar Rampai, Ulam Ulaman and more.

Don’t miss the robust flavours of their sup ekor and also the Bubur Lambuk Ikan.

Aside from the soup, we move over to the mains where we are pampered with the local delicacies like the Nasi Beranika Sayur, Ayam Rendang, Ikan Merah Masak Berlada, Gulai daging, Sambal Tumis Udang, Sotong and Kacang Panjang Masak Kicap and more.

They also have bazaar alke stall too where you can pamper your self with the tender juicy Roasted Whole Lamb.

Not to be missed also is the Chicken and beef Satay Stall. Get the freshly barbecued satay fresh on the spot to enjoy.

Watch the stunts and performance by the chef at Roti Canai if you are lucky. Not to forget, order one of the local delights of Roti Canai. Enjoy them with the curry or even with sugar.

For durian fans, don’t forget to try their plump and fragrant king of the fruit.

Never missed the desserts too, you can find the variety of desserts rom the Mango Mousse, malay Kuih, Carrot Cake, Dark Cherry Bread Pudding, Shacher Cake, Fruit Platter and more.
