KUALA LUMPUR BIG KITCHEN FESTIVAL 2015: BRINGING FOODIES TOGETHER

Attention to all foodies, Big Kitchen is an event of all choices. The big event with over  60 food counters serving Malaysian, international, heritage and fusion cuisine, from street food to sampling of fine dining specialities to complete gastronomic experience.

The KL Big Kitchen offers visitors a treat as celebrity gastronomic personalities and chefs interact and demonstrate their skills in preparing the finest dishes. Alongside live cooking workshops and demonstrations of contemporary and traditional culinary techniques, there will be a host of cultural performances including dance and musical shows that truly portray the melting pot of cultures in Malaysia.

Some of the restaurant and participants includes the Malaysia Airlines which bringing you their famous satay delights which is wonderfully delicious #flyhigh with the Airlines.

Aside, you can grab some local delights and specialities from each states in the country like Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Johor and many more. All in one roof!

There also have lovely warung where you can enjoy those local delicacies as well.

The KL Big Kitchen Festival will feature 8 unique and interesting villages for you to explore. Each village represents the different areas of gastronomic experiences and will feature various foods and activities unique and special to its kind. While some villages will have an al-fresco open-air setting, others may be tented with air-conditioning. There are also Tick Shop, Fama Market and Rempah Ratus, Food Trucks and many more.

For those who want to learn some cooking, you can reserve your seats for the gastronomic talks, cooking demo, and also get close and personal with the culinary personalities.

So, don’t miss the inaugural KL Big Kitchen Festival! Festival doors open on the 29th (Friday), 30th (Saturday) and 31st of May (Sunday) between 10.00AM and 11.00PM.In the meantime, mark your calendars for this weekend!
