Marina Bay Sands Introduces Le Ju Xuan to Offer Casual-Premium Chinese Dining at Hotel Lobby

August 10, 2026 by StrawberrY Gal

Marina Bay Sands has unveiled Le Ju Xuan (乐聚轩), a new casual-premium Chinese dining destination that brings vibrant family-style cuisine to gatherings, celebrations and everyday occasions.

Taking pride of place in the lobby of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 2, the 188-seat restaurant offers a diverse culinary journey across China’s regional cuisines, bringing together Cantonese classics, Northern Chinese favourites, Sichuan specialities and handmade noodle and dumpling creations under one roof.

Developed to cater to families, leisure visitors and hotel guests, Le Ju Xuan takes its name from the joy of coming together over a shared meal, combining generous family-style dining with approachable pricing to deliver an elevated yet accessible experience within the integrated resort.

Spanning 188 seats, Le Ju Xuan is designed to bring people together, with a spacious main dining area complemented by private and semi-private rooms for every occasion

The opening of Le Ju Xuan further strengthens Marina Bay Sands’ Chinese dining portfolio, complementing its existing collection of award-winning restaurants while introducing a more accessible concept centred on variety, value and shared dining experiences.

Le Ju Xuan will showcase Chinese culinary heritage, bringing together Cantonese, Northern and Northeastern specialties, and bold Sichuan flavours in one destination

Rooted in the culinary harmony of Chinese cuisines, Le Ju Xuan presents a thoughtfully curated menu crafted by a culinary team led by Executive Director, Chinese & Asian Culinary, Chef Simon Tho. Celebrating both tradition and diversity, the restaurant’s offerings span Cantonese cuisine, Northern Chinese and Northeastern specialities, as well as bold Sichuan flavours, allowing guests to experience the distinctive character of each region through a single dining destination.

Guests can savour nourishing dishes such as Braised Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw & Stuffed Bamboo in Superior Yellow Broth, showcasing the elegance and restorative qualities of Cantonese cuisine

Signature dishes showcase the restaurant’s cross-regional philosophy, with highlights including Marble Goby, Sichuan Mapo Tofu with Sea Cucumber, premium abalone creations and a wide selection of live seafood prepared according to guests’ preferred cooking styles. From fresh seafood sourced from renowned waters to comforting noodle and dumpling dishes crafted by hand, every offering is designed to bring people together through shared enjoyment.

Singapore’s largest Baijiu collection in a restaurant

Complementing the cuisine is an exceptional beverage programme centred around China’s national spirit, Baijiu.

Le Ju Xuan will house approximately 70 Baijiu labels, making it one of the largest and most comprehensive Baijiu collections available within a restaurant setting in Singapore. Guests can explore the remarkable diversity of the category through a curated selection spanning different production regions, aroma styles and expressions.

A particular highlight is the restaurant’s distinguished collection of Kweichow Moutai, featuring rare expressions, aged vintages and limited releases that showcase the pinnacle of sauce-aroma Baijiu craftsmanship.

Together with the cuisine, the beverage programme offers guests a deeper appreciation of China’s rich culinary and cultural heritage.

With its convivial atmosphere and thoughtfully crafted menu, Le Ju Xuan is set to become a lively new gathering place for guests to connect, celebrate and savour the comfort of Chinese family-style dining at Marina Bay Sands.
