Mid-Autumn Opulence by Renaissance Kuala Lumpur x J&Kel Jade & Jewel

August 5, 2026 by StrawberrY Gal

This Mid-Autumn, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre proudly unveils its first mooncake collection debut—the Mid-Autumn Opulence, in collaboration with J&Kel Jade & Jewel. Inspired by the enduring symbolism of the moon as a mark of unity and renewal, each limited-edition artisanal set pairs curated traditional baked mooncakes with a one of a kind jewellery crafted just for the season, transforming a cherished festive gift into a timeless keepsake.

Each set is elevated by a special collaboration with J&Kel Jade & Jewel, a Malaysian distinguished luxury artisan known for its expertise in jade jewellery. The collaboration is especially meaningful as J&Kel Jade & Jewel is located within the hotel, reflecting a shared commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and guest experiences. Together, they complement the mooncake offering with a limited-edition jewellery set featuring a pearl necklace and earrings inspired by the moon motif with silver finishing. Guests will receive both a necklace with pendant and a pair of earrings, each delicately housed within an opal-like finishing jewellery box with drawer, crafted to enhance both presentation and keepsake value. This thoughtful detail transforms the collection into a timeless treasure.

Priced at MYR 1,368 nett, the set embodies both celebration and collectability.

The traditional baked mooncakes are crafted using premium halal-certified ingredients, offering a selection of classic flavours that honour tradition with refined taste: White Lotus Single Yolk, Pure Lotus Single Yolk, Red Bean with Almond Flakes, and Black Sesame Lotus. Each piece reflects a delicate balance of heritage and quality, designed to elevate the festive experience. Limited to just 20 sets, Mid-Autumn Opulence Mooncake Collection embodies rarity, craftsmanship and meaningful gifting, offering a luxurious way to celebrate reunion and appreciation.

Pre-orders are available now until August 31, 2026, and enjoy exclusive 20% off by August 15, 2026. Collection is available from September 1, 2026 onwards at J&Kel The Salon, level 1 of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre.
