BAA-RILLIANT CHINESE NEW YEAR AT TAMARIND

Herald a year of health, happiness and prosperity with a mouth-watering journey that is the special Chinese New Year Festive Menus. Highlighting seasonal ingredients without departing from TAMARIND’s unique IndoChinese palette, these Festive Menus promise an innovative and truly unique dining adventure!

From a fusion of flavours such as Crispy Fish Maw With Dried Shrimps And Squid Salad to whet your appetite at TAMARIND SPRINGS, to an elegant celebration of Steamed River Lobster With Oriental Citrus Sauce at TAMARIND HILL, to a finale of Bird’s Nest Panna Cotta With Lotus Root at NEO TAMARIND, the Festive Menus feature several creative dishes especially created by our Executive Chefs to welcome the Lunar New Year.

Says Tiffany Teoh, Sales & Marketing Manager of TAMARIND Restaurants, “We are excited to share our unique flavour combinations this Chinese New Year. This time of the year gives us the opportunity to use seasonal produce that we have been looking forward to savouring and combine them with our authentic IndoChinese flavours, textures and preparations. The results are a delicious celebration of what people continue to love about TAMARIND restaurants – a beautiful blend of cultures, coupled with authenticity and innovation, that go on create unexpected and immeasurably delightful experiences.”

Each restaurant’s own CNY Festive Menu features several dishes to choose from and are priced at RM155++ per person. They will be available at each restaurant from 2nd Feb 2015 to 5th March 2015. Regular ala carte menus will also be available during this time.

Don’t miss out also on the season’s must-have dish, TAMARIND’s Yee Sang with Fresh Salmon priced at RM68++ (small) or RM88 (large). In the spirit of the new year, for every group of 10, TAMARIND offers a complimentary serving of a large Yee Sang With Fresh Salmon.
