DONALD & LILY NYONYA FOOD @ MALACCA

January 12, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Donald & Lily
Donald & Lily in Malacca had been famed for its delicious temptations of their nyonya delights. The restaurant which I spacked daily and serving delicious Nyonya delights needs no more introduction with the delicious selection of Mallacan Nyonya Delights . Our tri to Malacca this round had filled us with bloated tummy with all the goodilicious delights.

Donald & Lily
Nyonya Laksa which is known as curry noodles in Penang is well done where the curry noodles are served with the thick creamy curry broth and topped with the scrumptious ingredients The Nyonya laksa comes with the combination of the Nyonya and Asam Laksa taste. Uniquely doe with the blend of combination, the broth comes slightly sweet to our preference.
Donald & Lily
Coming next is the Mee Rebus (RM 5.50) where the mee rebus is well served with the scrumptious ingredients like the taufu bok, bean sprout as well as some fish cakes in it. The slurpy yellow noodles with the thick fragrance herby broth in it. The taste is as nice as it is and you will definitely be tempted with the aromatic broth.
Donald & Lily
As for the Mee Siam (RM 5.00) ; which is well done with with the the fishcakes, cockles and slices egg. The Mee siam comes with light spiciness in it. I love the way it is being served and the portion comes kinda a large one as well.
Donald & Lily
The taukua rojak is pretty alike the Penang Rojak (RM 7.00) which brings us with the cutted fruits but with the added tau kua in it. The rojak is good one; and I would give a two thumbs up for this. Not just that, it is topped with the generous portion of grounded nuts on top.
Donald & Lily
As for the Roti Panggang (RM 1.60) , the breat boost the fragrance blend of Kaya taste with it and it is being “panggang “ on top of the charcoal. The bread leaves the aromatic charcoal aroma in it with the creamy blend of kaya taste. Awesomely good.
Donald & Lily
Last but not least is the chendol (RM 250). The well done shaved ice which is topped with the aromatic gula sago Melaka with it is so awesomely done. The shaved ice comes smooth and with the red beans and chendol in it; it is divinely good Just the red bean is not pulpy enough to pamper my tastebuds.
