E SOO YONG TAU FU @ DESA AMAN PURI

August 24, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

E Soo (Cantonese for 2nd sister in law) littery translate is one of the place which is famous in Kepong for its yong tau fu. The restaurant located in Desa Aman Puri serves yong tau fu not only at the day but at night too. Not only yong tau fu is available in their menu, but they do serves main dishes as well. The restaurant has a double-sided menu that shows yong tau fu on one page and savoury dishes on the opposite side.

The yong tau fu items comprise fried brinjal, bittergourd, fried fu chuk, fried dumpling, chilli tau fu, fishballs, lady’s finger and fried tau fu pok.
EE-SOO YTF, DESA AMAM PURI
The yong tau fu comes with plentiful choices to choose from but not just that; it is kinda value for money as the size of the YTF comes preety huge and packed with the fish paste in it. The fried aubergines were not overdone nor soggy soft. They tasted like they had just been freshly fried to order. Aside, the crispiness remains as it is for the wantan as well.
EE-SOO YTF, DESA AMAM PURI
As for the soup items; it comes pretty generous with the flavourful soup base with it. The ingridients comes packed with the fish paste and each of every item is complete with the juiciness in it. The fishball comes bouncy too and every mouthful is as good as it is.

If you are around there, feel free to try their Yong Tau Fu.
