“SUMMER SEAFOOD EXTRAVAGANZA” DINNER BUFFET AT CAFÉ ALLEGRO OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

This summer, Café Allegro of Regal Kowloon Hotel brings you brand-new dinner buffet dining experience. Incorporating different cooking methods and authentic recipes, our Executive Chef Ray Lam crafts a menu with over 50 kinds delectable seafood dishes and regional specialities to create a mouth-watering international feast.

Focusing on seafood items, the revamped dinner buffet features food counters of different countries. Chilled Seafood Platter with selected sustainable seafood, like Green Mussel, Shell Scallop and Bread Crab, are extremely fresh and pose little impact to the marine lives. Salad bar offers over 20 choices of vegetables (including organic and hydroponic vegetables), condiments and sauces for your mix and match while our chefs have prepared Caesar Salad, Nicoise Salad and Greek Salad in small jars for your dining convenience. The highly-anticipated sous vide dishes, such as Milk Poached Salmon Flavoured with Rosemary and Kaffir Lime Leaves and Duck Leg Confit with Raspberry Vinaigrette Gravy, are gourmet dishes using sophisticated slow cooking method to retain juicy and smooth texture. Wok-fried Crab with Dried Chili, Fried Shrimp with Marinated Pepper and Stir-fried Chicken with Dried Chili are genuine Sichuan dishes specially prepared for spicy lovers. Furthermore, Japanese counter presents fresh sushi and sashimi, like the not-to-be-missed Whole Hamachi Sashimi, Fresh Jumbo Scallop Sushi and Sea Urchin Sushi. Indian corner features classic Fish Goan, Tandoori Chicken and Naan Bread, while Vietnamese section showcases Sugar Cane Prawn, Deep-fried Vietnamese Spring Roll and Butter Chicken Wings.

Apart from the regional items, seasonal theme dishes are also served along the buffet table. “French and Italian Delights” in July brings you the most famous dishes from the two countries. August and September will be the season for “Crab Feast”.

Dazzling desserts are surely part of the perfect buffet. Over 50 choices of delicate desserts like Chrysanthemum Mousse Cake, Tiramisu, Lavender Panna Cotta and Pink Rose Chocolate Mousse with Cranberry Jelly in plant pots, Chocolate Fountain, freshly made Waffles and Popcorns are there to satisfy your sweet tooth.

On top of the delectable food, Magic Show and Face Painting will be arranged on Saturday and Sunday nights to create exciting moments for the guests.

For any patronage of lunch/dinner buffets from July to August, kids can enjoy complimentary Hotel Tour, “Be a Little Housekeeper” Activity, Magic Class, Mocktail Making Class, Cooking Class or Table Etiquette Course. Please call our restaurant manager for more details.
