HOOKED ON SEAFOOD AT THE MINES

May 24, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Fish & Co. has successfully launched their brand new outlet with the official opening today at The Mines shopping mall. The family restaurant chain is also launching a new menu with some exciting new food and beverage items while keeping it true to the brand’s uniqueness of serving ‘seafood in a pan’. The menu is revamped with some dishes being introduced to the latest “The Catch” list.

Fish & Co. at The Mines will be the fourth (4th) outlet for the seafood chain in Klang Valley. The international seafood restaurant chain currently has a stronghold in the major shopping malls like 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Paradigm Mall and Pavilion KL.

“The Mines outlet has great potential in the brand’s milestone in Malaysia, the area serves the large population neighborhood in this matured township in the south of Kuala Lumpur such as Cheras, Puchong and Kajang, with easy accessibility of SILK highway, Sg Besi highway, MRR2 and KTM station, this area is also surrounded by populated neighborhood mentioned, which all have a large and fast growing middle class population and familie,” said Mr. Tan Wun Kiat, Managing Director of Good Gourmet Sdn. ‘Seafood in a Pan’ has been the tagline that sets Fish & Co. apart from the run of the mill fish & chips restaurants. The brand is famous as a seafood guru who serves a great variety of seafood, appetizers, pizza and of course, fish and chips, with fresh ingredients and various homemade sauces either through grilling, baking or frying. Pasta and chicken dishes are also proudly served apart from the signature seafood in a pan.

Customers now get to choose from a range of healthy sides like salads and garden vegetables.
