CHINA TREASURES, SIME DARBY CONVENTION CENTRE

China treasures is a very long time post already. I had missed out the post till recently i am doing the housekeeping on my pictures. China Treasures is located at the Sime Darby Convention Centre in Hartamas. China Treasures offers a unique halal Chinese fine dining experience that is simply divine.

Salmon yee sang is the first thing we had in the restaurant. The salmon yee sang is nice and the yee sang is served very fresh.
Taste: 5/5

Braised Shark fin soup with crabmeat is a good one. The sharkfin is pure and you can see the slices of the shark fin visible from your bowl with a lot of crabmeat in it. Nice one
Taste: 5/5

Roasted chicken with sesame seeds is where the chicken is well roasted with crispiness but the taste is slightly dried.
Taste: 4/5

Steamed patin with prinkled radish and garlic where the fish is served fresh and the texture is very smooth. The fish taste is very nice and you can get the bite of freshness when it is in your mouth but it is slightly salty.
Taste: 4/5

Battered prawn in chef’s homemade sauce is indeed a special dish. The dish which is served with kidney beans and raisins. The taste is special and most of all the prawns are fresh
Taste: 5/5

Braised assorted mushroom with dried oyster and black moss is one of the popular dishes during CNY. The dish is served with dried oysters and black moss.
Taste: 5/5

Lotus leaf rice with chicken and yam cube is the usual food we can have in many restaurants. Nothing special but taste is kinda good.
Taste: 4/5

Chilled sea coconut & longan with sliced lemon
Taste: 4/5

Cny Cake
Taste: 3/5
