Exciting Menu at Nanyang Cafe, The Exchange TRX 106

January 5, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

As I was shopping in TRX Exchange, I spotted the newly opened Nanyang Café . Neverless, I went there and have a look at the menu and we spotted that their menu is different from their other outlets.

When I stepped into this gastronomic haven, I embarked on a journey through their new and exclusive dishes, each crafted to tantalize taste buds and leave a lasting impression

Spicy Prawn & Pork Wanton with Red Oil

The Spicy Prawn & Pork Wanton with Red Oil stood out, offering a tantalizing fusion of succulent prawns and tender pork, seamlessly melded and leaving a lingering spicy kick that set the tone for the feast ahead.

Crispy Bun served with Sweet Condensed Milk

The Crispy Bun served with Sweet Condensed Milk was a revelation. Its exterior boasted a satisfying crispness, giving way to a soft, pillowy interior that paired seamlessly with the sweet condensed milk.

Garlic and Cheese Bun

The Garlic and Cheese Bun elevated the experience, striking a harmonious balance between savory garlic and rich cheese that lingered on the taste buds.

Pineapple Bun with New Zealand Butter

The Pineapple Bun with New Zealand Butter introduced a sweet note, showcasing the perfect marriage of a soft bun and velvety butter imported from New Zealand.

Seafood with Vermicelli in Tom Yum Soup

The robust Tom Yum broth enveloped a medley of fresh seafood and vermicelli, creating a dish that was both comforting and exhilarating.

Pork Chop Rice with Curry

The Pork Chop Rice with Curry featured a generous serving of fresh pork chop bathed in a velvety curry sauce that exuded a perfect blend of spices.

Double Eggs & Luncheon Meat Rice with Scallion Oil

The Double Eggs & Luncheon Meat Rice with Scallion Oil showcased the art of simplicity, yet packed a punch of flavors that delighted the palate.

Special Pork Knuckle in Preserved Bean Sauce

The Special Pork Knuckle in Preserved Bean Sauce emerged as a true masterpiece, with the meat succulently infused with the rich flavors of the bean sauce.

Crispy Chicken Chop with Tossed Demae Itcho Instant Noodles

For noodle enthusiasts, the Crispy Chicken Chop with Tossed Demae Itcho Instant Noodles provided a satisfying crunch, complemented by the savory Demae Itcho sauce.

Deep Fried Prawn Pork Wontons

The Deep Fried Prawn Pork Wontons with Tossed Noodles presented a medley of textures, with the noodles acting as the perfect canvas for the delectable prawn and pork wontons.

To wash down this delightful journey, Nanyang Cafe’s signature drinks proved to be nothing short of extraordinary. The Lemon Soda with Plum & Sea Salt offered a refreshing burst of citrus, while the Dragon Fruit Juice showcased the exotic flavors of this tropical fruit. The Pineapple Plum Juice and Orange Juice were vibrant concoctions that perfectly complemented the diverse flavors on the menu.

Whether you’re a fan of traditional Nanyang flavors or seeking innovative culinary creations, Nanyang Cafe promises an unforgettable dining experience. So, head to the Lower Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX 106 and embark on a gastronomic journey that will not only satisfy your cravings but also leave you yearning for more.
