Thai Style Fish (Seasonal Price)

If you are a seafood lover, you must try the Thai Style Fish at this restaurant. It is an amazing dish that will leave you feeling completely satisfied. The fish used in this dish is incredibly fresh, and it is cooked to perfection with a blend of traditional Thai spices and herbs. The combination of bunga kantan, serai, turmeric, chili, galangal, garlic, and small onions gives the dish a burst of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

What makes this dish so special is the attention to detail that goes into its preparation. The fish is carefully selected and cleaned, and then it is marinated in a blend of spices and herbs to enhance its natural flavors. Once marinated, the fish is cooked to perfection, ensuring that it is tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

The Thai Style Fish is packed with flavors that are both bold and complex, and it is a great option for those who enjoy spicy food. The bunga kantan adds a subtle sweetness to the dish, while the serai, turmeric, chili, galangal, garlic, and small onions give it a spicy kick. The dish is a perfect blend of flavors and is sure to leave you feeling satisfied.

Petai Squid & Prawns (RM 24)

We were blown away by the mouth-watering Petai Beans dish at this restaurant. The aroma of the fresh Petai beans was simply irresistible, and the way they were stir-fried to perfection with a delightful blend of dried chili paste, small onions, and garlic was simply divine.

The rich flavors of this dish were truly amazing, and we couldn’t get enough of it. We were impressed with how the restaurant was able to infuse such a variety of spices and ingredients into the dish, creating a delicious and fragrant meal that left us feeling satisfied and happy.

Salted Egg Chicken (RM 24)

If you’re looking for a delicious and family-friendly dish, you should definitely try the Salted Egg Chicken at this eatery. At just RM 24, it’s a great value and the perfect size for sharing with your loved ones. The chicken itself is incredibly fresh and tender, and it’s stir-fried to perfection with a flavorful blend of salted egg yolk, butter, and fragrant curry leaves. This dish is sure to satisfy your cravings and leave you feeling full and satisfied.

One of the things we love most about this dish is the way that the salted egg yolk and butter blend together to create a rich and savory sauce that coats every bite of the chicken. The curry leaves add a pop of freshness and fragrance, while the tender chicken itself is a true delight to the palate

Butter Kailan (RM15)

Butter Kailan is definitely a dish that you should not miss out on when you dine at this restaurant. The dish is made by finely slicing kailan leaves, which are then stir-fried with a delectable blend of ingredients. The use of butter and carnation milk gives the dish a creamy and rich flavor that perfectly complements the natural bitterness of the kailan leaves.

To add a spicy kick, chili padi is added to the mix, giving the dish a delightful balance of heat and creaminess. The addition of curry leaves also infuses the dish with a subtle earthy flavor and aroma that makes it all the more irresistible.

Overall, the Butter Kailan is a perfect accompaniment to any meal. Its unique combination of flavors and textures makes it a dish that you will surely crave for more. Even for those who are not in love with vegetables, I am sold with the dish.

Otak Otak (RM 13)

Made from grilled fish paste that’s been blended with a variety of fragrant herbs and spices like lemongrass, chillies, and turmeric, these delicious fish cakes are bursting with flavor and aroma.

Each bite of the Otak Otak is a tantalizing combination of savory fish and rich, complex spices, making it a must-try dish for any adventurous food lover.

Crispy Bom Bom (RM 7)

The Crispy Bom Bom at this eatery is definitely worth trying. This simple yet flavorful dish consists of a crispy fried egg topped with a homemade black sauce that adds an irresistible sweetness to the savory egg. The texture of the crispy egg combined with the smooth sauce creates a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
