Rasanya @ Pavilion Elite : Premium Hotpot Buffet only at RM 118+ for Ramadhan

March 25, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

RasaNya, which means “it tastes”, is the brainchild of Chris Lee, who has over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry. He and his team have worked tirelessly to create a unique dining experience that combines the flavours of Nyonya cuisine with premium steamboat dining.

In here, Rasanya brings you with the magnificent choice of steamboat buffet this Ramadhan where they had collaborate with Chef Zam to bring both the unique experience and the special Ramadhan menu and recipes to the market

Although this Ramadan menu was designed for Muslim customers,  RasaNya incorporated beloved elements from other cultures. For example, our ‘Warna-Warni RasaNya’ yee sang includes a range of ingredients such as jackfruit, pomegranate, papaya, prawn, salmon, lettuce, traditional crackers, and more. Adding on to it, the passion fruit-based sauce provides a sweet and tangy flavor that everyone loves.

This revised version aims to provide more clarity and flow to the original text. It breaks down the sentence into smaller, more digestible pieces, and provides additional information to help the reader understand what the dish contains and what makes it unique.

Chef Zam has outdone himself this time by creating a special recipe for the Ramadan-themed soup. The soup features slow-cooked chicken broth infused with fresh coconut water, chili peppers, soybeans, and a hint of fermented broad beans and tofu. But that’s not all; customers can also enjoy a variety of other soup bases, including the all-time favorites like ‘Laut Tomato Merah,’ ‘Harimau in the Laut,’ ‘Winter Melon and Herbs,’ ‘Aroi Tomyam,’ and ‘Sedapnya Laksa.’

The Ramadan menu is completed with a wide variety of other delights, including ‘The Ocean Finest,’ which boasts fresh fish filet, lala, abalone slices, scallops, tiger prawns, and bamboo clams. Meat lovers will also be satisfied with the selection of lamb, beef, and chicken, as well as the steamboat specials.

While waiting for your hotpot to cook, you can sample the delectable selection of ‘Kak Nya Specials,’ which include Popiah Goreng, Satay Ayam, Satay Daging, Karipap, Cucur Udang, Wajik, Lemang, Rendang Ayam, Fish Bakar, and many more.

The Steamboat Buffet is priced at RM 118+ per adult, and with over 50 choices of ingredients to pair with your hotpot, you’ll be tempted to go back for seconds, and maybe even thirds!
