My Flavours is a must-visit restaurant that I recently discovered in Taipan. If you’re looking for a delightful bowl of pork noodles, this is the place to be! What sets My Flavours apart from other restaurants is the variety of ingredients and flavors available for you to choose from, ensuring that every bowl is a unique and satisfying experience.

My Flavours _ Supreme Pork Noodles

Our dining experience at My Flavours started off on a high note with their signature Supreme Pork Noodles (RM 32.80) – a dish that’s guaranteed to leave your taste buds craving for more. The secret behind this heavenly bowl of noodles lies in the hours of preparation put into the broth, ensuring that every sip is packed with rich, flavorful goodness.

But that’s not all – the bowl of awesome noodles is topped with an array of generous ingredients, including succulent Pork Spare Ribs, juicy Tiger Prawns, premium Abalone, tender Pork Belly, savory Pork Bone Marrow, and a range of other delectable pork cuts such as Pork Bone Soup, Pork Patty, Pork Meatball, Pork Liver, and Pork Intestine.

One of the best things about My Flavours is that you get to customize your noodle experience by choosing your preferred type of noodle from a variety of options such as Yellow Noodles, Kuey Teow Rice Vermicelli, Yee Mee, Mee Suah, Cintan Mee, Pan Mee, or Ramen Noodles.

Signature Pork Noodles  (RM 12.80)

Another must-try dish at My Flavours is their Signature Pork Noodles, which are beautifully presented with an assortment of delectable pork cuts. The bowl features tender slices of pork, succulent meatballs, flavorful pork liver, and savory pork intestine, all served in a light yet incredibly flavorful broth. The dish is a hit with both adults and kids alike, as the broth is not spicy and the flavors are well-balanced, making it a perfect meal option for families.

Signature Curry Noodles (RM 13.80)

If you’re a fan of all things curry, you won’t want to miss out on My Flavours’ Signature Curry Noodles. The dish features a creamy yet not-too-spicy curry broth that’s sure to satisfy your cravings. You can choose between yellow noodles or ramen to pair with the broth, which is cooked to perfection and served al-dente.

What sets this dish apart from other curry noodle dishes is the generous amount of toppings. The bowl is loaded with stuffed tofu pok, tender pork slices, savory pork meatballs, flavorful pork liver, and hearty pork intestine, along with a delicious pork patty. Overall, the bowl of goodness comes with the perfect balance of rich, comforting flavors that are guaranteed to leave you feeling satisfied.

Mala Pork Noodles (RM 13.80)

If you’re a fan of spicy food, then you won’t want to miss out on My Flavours’ Mala Pork Noodles. This dish is a must-try for anyone looking for a perfect balance of heat and flavor.

What sets My Flavours apart from other restaurants is their unique Mala base that’s carefully curated by the chef. Unlike many other places where the Mala noodles can be too spicy or numbing, the chef has found the perfect balance of flavors and heat in this dish.

The Mala Pork Noodles are served with a variety of pork cuts, including pork patty, pork slices, pork meatball, pork liver, and pork intestine. All of the ingredients are cooked to perfection and pair perfectly with the spicy broth.

Yong Tau Fu Platter (6 pcs) (RM 13.00)

Don’t forget to try some of My Flavours’ signature snacks to complement your meal. In addition to their delectable pork noodles, My Flavours also offers a selection of freshly made Yong Tau Fu, which are a perfect side dish to enjoy with your noodles. These snacks are made daily and are known for their exceptional taste and quality. They’re a great addition to any meal and are sure to satisfy your cravings.

Pan Fried Otak Otak (RM 9.80)

The unique blend of spices and herbs used in the otak-otak’s marinade is what makes this dish stand out. The marinade typically includes ingredients such as lemongrass, ginger, garlic, chili, and turmeric, which give the dish its distinctive aroma and flavor.

When it comes to cooking pan-fried otak-otak, the key is to get the temperature and timing just right. The otak-otak should be cooked over medium-high heat until it is golden brown and crispy on the outside, but still moist and tender on the inside.

Five Spice Pork Roll

The five-spice pork roll is a perfect example of the bold, flavorful dishes that make Southeast Asian cuisine so popular. The dish features juicy, succulent pork that is seasoned with a special blend of spices, including cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns. The result is a mouthwatering explosion of flavor with every bite.

What sets this dish apart is the preparation of the pork roll. The meat is carefully wrapped in layers of tofu skin and then fried to perfection, creating a crispy exterior that perfectly complements the juicy and flavorful pork inside. It’s a perfect balance of textures and flavors that will leave you wanting more.

No meal is complete without a satisfying beverage to wash it all down. At  My Flavours, you can end your meal on a high note with their soothing and delicious coffee and milk tea.

Whether you’re a coffee lover or a tea aficionado; My Flavour  has something for everyone. Their coffee is brewed to perfection using only the highest quality beans, resulting in a smooth and flavorful cup that’s perfect for any time of day. If you prefer something a bit sweeter, their milk tea is the perfect choice. Made with fresh milk and a special blend of tea leaves, this drink is the perfect way to end a meal on a sweet note.
