Celebrate the season of joy and love with Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui as Hugo’s and Cafe serve up lavish dining experiences with exquisite festive delicacies for family and friends’ reunions, as well as a 15% off Getaway Offer.

Hugo’s Christmas Set Dinner

Make this Christmas a decadent affair with Hugo’s Christmas 5-course Set Dinner as the culinary team will meticulously prepare an array of gastronomic indulgences with the signature gueridon service.

Start the night with Hugo’s Classic Prawn Cocktail with cardinal sauce, Paris mushroom, romaine lettuce prepared tableside, before revelling in Venison Pâté en Croûte, a classic French recipe with Morello cherry chutney and gherkin. Be impressed by Hugo’s Lobster Bisque, the restaurant’s signature cream and brandy scented lobster soup with Atlantic Boston lobster flamed tableside. Presented on the carving wagon, enjoy the full festivities with Roasted French Turkey, served with glazed chestnuts, Brussel sprouts, pumpkin puree, roasted carrot, creamed savoy cabbage and cranberry. Compliment the night with Christmas Trifle with apple, blackcurrant, dates and brandy, flamed tableside.

Hugo’s Christmas Set Dinner is priced at HK$1,388 per person, available on 24 and 25 December 2020. A la carte menu is also available for order.

Hugo’s Festive Brunch

Indulge in a wide range of celebratory fare at Hugo’s festive brunch featuring a wide selection of signature hors d’oeuvres and salads from the buffet, followed by a choice of main course such as Grilled European Venison with rosemary Jus, signature Roasted US Prime Rib of Beef or Whole Atlantic Boston Lobster Variation etc. End the Christmas feast with an array of Hugo’s handcrafted desserts and pastries from the buffet.

 

Hugo’s Festive Brunch is available on 25-27 December 2020, 1-3 January 2021, priced at HK$878 per adult, $598 per child. Enrich the dining experience with free flow Champagne for additional HK$398 or free flow white and red wine for additional HK$238.

Festive Buffet Feast at Cafe

Celebrate the holiday season at Cafe by enjoying an exquisite range of decadent festive gourmet dishes and desserts for lunch. Along with a delectable selection of seafood on ice, explore the range of mouth-watering delicacies including Roasted Turkey, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Teppanyaki Wagyu Beef, and many other dishes. For our dinner buffet, enjoy an elevated experience with sustainable Boston Lobster perfectly prepared four different ways, as well as Snow Crab Legs, Sea Urchin Sushi and Sashimi, Braised Lamb in a Pot and much more.

 

 

Christmas would not be complete without a sweet treat. Dive into a range of festive desserts including Christmas Log Cake, Marzipan Stollen, Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Pecan Pie, Panettone, Mince Pie and much more. Popular flavours of Cafe’s signature Swiss Rolls such as Strawberry & Vanilla, Hong Kong Classic Milk Tea, Thai Mango Sticky Rice and Malaysian Durian will also be available.
