Ebisu, Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Japanese restaurant offers more than your typical Japanese fare as Ebisu prides itself on its innovative menu of Japanese fusion cuisine. The items on their menu is a showcase of unique twists that seek to break the boundaries of traditional Japanese food.

And for those who are not aware Chef Ricky is one of the highly accomplished chef and celebrated his craft, and having sustained an illustrious career spanning more than three decades which has seen him helm various positions in Tokyo, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

We started off with the Starter. Enjoy this appetizing starter which comes to our favorites. The Wild Garden Salad comes amazingly delicious and packed with the Wakame Seaweed and Tofu and served together with the awesomely delicious onion dressing. The onion dressing does not brings any pungent taste but it indeed enhance the overall taste of it.

The Steamed Egg Custard comes superbly delicious. The Steamed Egg Custard is perfectly steamed till perfection with the crab sauce. The “Ebisu Chawanmushi” comes amazingly good, especially with the ikura. It is prepared with mirin, shitake, mushroom, soy sauce, dashi and assorted seafood.  The lovely ikura and the crab sauce brings up the overall taste of the chawanmushi and it melts in the mouth texture comes simply indulging.

Teppanyaki Grilled Salmon

Have your salmon grilled perfectly and the salmon comes addictively delicious with the moist and juicy flavours. Topped with the crispy salted grilled salmon skin. Sides with a generous portion of vegetables.

Seven Kinds of Sushi Served with Miso Soup

Enjoy the combination of their freshest sushi on the plate. Having the salmon, ikura, Hamachi, tuna and more in one plate, the sushi comes simply amazingly delicious with the melts in the mouth sensation. And each sushi is beautifully stuffed with wasabi for a light umph kick.

Dessert- Yuzu

Ends your meal with a cup of homemade yuzu where the yuzu which comes simply soothing. What’s more, is the cup of yuzu completes with the little bites of yuzu skin which brings up the zestiness!

Overall, Ebisu brings you with loads of delicious Japanese delights with the luxury touch. It is perfectly one of the best places for a nice authentic Japanese delights.
