Super Saigon @ Ampang: Melbourne Vietnamese Delights

October 1, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

With the blooming of Vietnamese food and Vietnamese Restaurant in Malaysia, Saigon is one of the restaurants that capture my attention. The restaurant which is serving the taste of Vietnamese brings you with the delicious localized taste.

And Saigon is one of the restaurants which offers good Vietnamese delights and the outlet here in Ampang is one of the latest addition. Saigon in Ampang offers you with a more insta-friendly feel of the restaurant where each space can become a nice Instagram feel. Not just that, Super Saigon also uses only halal-certified ingredients and suppliers.

Fresh Rice Paper Spring Rolls with Tiger Prawns and Veggies
We started off with their refreshing and fresh paper roll where they are perfectly wrapped with the prawns and veggie. We really enjoyed them especially with their homemade peanut dipping sauce.

Another is the Banh Mi. This is one of a must when you visiting any Vietnamese Restaurant. The Banh Mi is one of a must to try here where the crispy sandwiched with the assorted chicken cuts and pate. It was tasty and just what I love.

Special Beef Combination Noodle Soup
A hot bowl of pipping broth comes with the high-grade Australian Beef and silky smooth pho. The bowl of the tummy comfort dish was so good and I love the rich and robust flavours of it.

Stir Fry Kuey Teow Noodles with Sliced Chicken Breast
It is one of our favorite dish of the night as well. The kuey teow noodles comes slurpilicious and topped with the chunky slice chicken breast. Nicely done.

Broken Rice Grilled Lemongrass Chicken
If you are someone who love to enjoy rice, you can make your order for the Broken Rice Grilled Lemongrass Chicken. I love how they are made especially the lemongrass chicken which is simply aromatic.

Ends your meal with a Vietnamese Coffee or even their signature Avocado Drink here.
