Celebrate Merdeka in Zuan Yuan @ One World Hotel

In honour of the 61st Independence Day, Chef Loh of Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant has selected Double Boiled Soup as the highlight for the month of August.
猴头菇鲍鱼雪莲子炖龙骨汤
Double Boiled Fish Bone Soup with Abalone, 
Monkey Head
Mushroom, Conpoy and Snow Lotus Seed
And this time around, one can enjoy the exclusive promotion from their delicious menu. Starts your meal here with their August Promotion. We started with their hearty bowl of soup which is boiled for hours. The Double Boiled Fish Bone Soup comes deliciously good with light soup flavours and sides with huge abalone.
 
翡翠鱼– 金蒜菜埔
Jade Fish – Steamed with Crispy Carrot and Golden Garlic
Friend of fish, do order their Jade Fish is perfectly steamed till perfection and topped with the crispy carrot and the golden garlic. Enjoy this river fish or fresh water fish, is known for its delicate flavours and silky soft textures. It is simply velvety in textures and it give you with a melt in the mouth sensations.

 

河黑金凤鱼 – 油炸式
Black Talapia – Deep Fried with Soy Sauce
For those who prefer fried fish, you can go for their Black Talapia where they are perfectly deep fried in hot oil. Crispy and juicy and once a bite, you can have the crunchy sensation in it as well.  It is simply delicious with the aromatic taste in it.
松子塞螃蟹生包菜
Crab Meat and Pine Nut Stuffed in Lettuce
This is a perfect indulgence.  The crab meat is stir together with the creamy egg with the topped with the pine nuts. The dish was just so good where I am totally in love every mouthful of it. To enjoy it; you need to wrapped the crab meat and pine nuts with the lettuce.

‘Cheong Fun” with Goose Liver Chinese Breadstick ”Hong Kong” Style
Asides from that, Dim sum lover should visit Zuan  Yuan too. They serves a variety choices of dim sum which are pork free and yet deliciously done. Grab some siew mai, har kao, dumplings, cheong fan or more from their menu.
One can also order some speciality dishes from the extensive ala – carte menu to complement the soup and dim sum. Highly recommended are dishes such Claypot Eggplant with Cuttle Fish, Shrimp, Bamboo Shoot and Black Fungus in Spicy Chilli Sauce, Chef’s Special Sweet and Sour Chicken with Diced Dragon Fruit and the Braised Homemade Bean Curd with Fried Lily Bulb and Dried Scallop. All the mentioned go perfectly well with a bowl of steamed rice.
