The Hotpot @ Publika : Great Broth and Fresh Ingridients

October 23, 2017 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

For those who are a big fans of Hotpot, we recently found a nice place to enjoy hotpot. Located in Publika, the hotpot house here is the Cantonese Style Hotpot where they are being owned by 3 hotpot lovers.
The unique combination where is a marriage of hotpot and sake. Being that, visitor can enjoy both sake together with their steamboat. The restaurant comes with 2 private rooms as well.
The menu comes not too extensive but they have enough to pamper your tastebuds. As for the broth selection, they have choices from the Premium Cantonese Pork Bone Soup, Golden Fish Seafood Soup, Spicy Szechuan Ma Lat Soup, Double Soup Base and the Seasonal Soup.
And we understand that their Premium Cantonese Pork Bone Soup are being cook fresh daily and they are being boiled for 6 hours. All the soup are made from scratch daily and they are free from MSG and also preservatives.
As for the ingredients they have a variety seafood to go for. The seafood selection includes the abalone, scallops, squids, prawns, crabs, lobster and many more.
For those who love to grab some premium meat slices, they have the porklicious delights. We enjoyed the thin slices of fresh pork where we were served with the Sanbanto Pork Shoulder Loin, Sanbanto Pork Belly and Imported Marble Beef.
And of course don’t miss out their homemade Paste, balls and dumpling. Their fishball and fishpaste freshly made in house bringing you with the different bites and texture. We indeed in love with the fresh prawn balls, QQ Prawn Dumpling, Sanbanto Premium Pork Balls and more.
Another must order is their beancurd. We were served with the awesome beancurds. They have quite a variety of them and it is pretty good as well.
Of course, sip and drink sake while enjoying your steamboat. This is just perfect
.
Overall, the steamboat would be one of my favorite and their price is at a higher side. Don’t expect budget steamboat here but is worth for every penny as you will get premium and fresh products.
