Double Boiled Honey Fig Soup with Sea Whelk and Pork Lean Meat (无花果响螺燉猪展)
One of the nourishing soup to enjoy, the soup comes simply soothing and delicious. And being that, they have use a variety of ingredients to prepare the soup such as the  Fig (无花果), Sea Whelk (响螺), Scallop (瑶柱), Longan (龙眼), Lean Pork (瘦肉), Salt (盐) and Sugar (冰糖). The soup is double boiled for at least 4 hours before being served. And what I know, this soup comes simply nutritious where they comes with Fig which is calcium-rich food and a good source of fibre and antioxidant. Together with the sea whelk and the high protein of pork lean meat, it makes the soup even much more nutrients and loads of benefits to the body.

Slow-Cooked Dragon Garoupa Fillet (慢煮沙巴龙虎班球)
Inspired by the Guangdong region in China, the Dragon Garoupa comes simply delicious and good where the ingredients which is being used to cooked includes  Fish Slices (鱼片), Celery (芹菜), Wolfberry (子), Choy Sum (菜心),Salt (盐) and Sugar (砂糖). The dragon Garoupa brings you with the silky soft texture and there is no – fishy scent as well. To improve the flavours, Chef added some wolf-berries in t to bring out the natural “sweetener” to bring out the taste of it.
