La Juiceria Superfoods @ Avenue K: Healthy Meal at Anytime

July 24, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

A brand new concepts by La Juiceria, now you can have healthy food here in Avenue K. La Juiceria Superfoods at Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur continues their successful concept in Goodness Greens Cafe TTDI.  Catering for the crowds around the KLCC and working Office Ladies, we can now get delicious healthy meal easily.
The restaurant captured my attention when I first entered as I am someone who are not towards greenies but I could say they had changed my mentality and I am falling in love with the food here. With the smaller selection as they are focusing on the takeaway concept, one can actually have a balanced of everything in 1 goal.
For salad lover, you can build your own salad with the choice of petit ( 1 base + 4 mains+ 1 Supplementary) for RM 15.90  or you can topped up with 1 additional protein atRM 19.90 or the grand one at RM 23.90  where they comes up with 1 base + 5 Mains + 2 Supplementary + 1 Dressing + 1 Protein.  Choose how you love with in your healthy awesome bowl.

Soba Noodle Salad (RM 17.90)
For noodles lover like me, I would always love to get some cold soba to come along. The mix of soba, together with the onsen egg never goes wrong and comes with the generous thick duck breast meat. The newly launched item here is simply appetising and addictively good. Tossed the soba noodles together with the dressing and onsen egg and you will definitely get light creaminess. Nicely done.
Buddha Bowl (RM 18.90)
For those who are looking for a great combination of goodness, try their Superbowls. Choices of Goodness Bowl and Buddha Bowl here and I am definitely going for their Buddha Bowl which is complete with the Brown rice, Roasted Pumpkin, Bell Peppers, Lotus Roots Chips, Tofu, Grilled Mushroom, French Beans, Pumpkin Seeds, Alfafa Sprouts, Carmaelized Brittle, Lemon Wedges with the Thai Red Coconut Curry. Nicely done and we love how the curry is done which is simply delicious and making the dish very appetising too.
Nasi Lemak Wrap (RM 21.90)
Priced at the high side but once a munch, you will definitely think it worth every penny of money you spend. Sink your teeth with the awesomelicious ingredients where you will be enjoying the huge portion of the Grilled chicken thigh, Kampung egg, ikan bilis, quinoa, tomatoes, Japanese cucumber, nuts, Romaine lettuce, virgin coconut oil all wrapped within the tortilla sheets and topped with the sambal on top. Nicely done and it is just so easy to grab them and enjoy even on the go.
Whether Lunch or early breakfast; you can visit them as they are open as early as 7AM on weekdays and 9AM on weekends. Help yourself with the great nutritious meal and complete them with tea, coffee or even their all-time favourites cold pressed juice!
