Celebrate Christmas in style with gastronomic delights at Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong

Christmas is fast approaching! Get ready for the fabulous and fun-filled activities with your family and loved ones in this festive season? Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong has prepared a series of sumptuous buffets and entertainment programmes for your enjoyment. Come indulge yourself in the joyful atmosphere of Christmas and New Year’s Eve!

From 24 to 26, and 31 December, the authentic Roasted Christmas Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Honey Glazed Gammon Ham will be available on the buffet table in Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet. In addition, Tuna, Crabmeat and Mango Tart with Japanese Pickled Vegetables, Stir-fried Ostrich and Prawn with Fish Maw, Roasted Pork Belly with Pâté de Foie Gras and Roasted Lamb Rack in Provencal Style are also specially served in the buffet. What’s more, each patron will be offered a complimentary serving of Roasted Abalone in Japanese Style and Roasted Lobster with Sea Salt and Black Truffle Sauce during the above-mentioned nights, which is definitely to tempt your palate with the indulgent gastronomic delights.

In celebration of this special festival, a rich selection of finest jet-fresh American Boston lobsters and Japanese abalone is also available in the buffet. Some of the highlights are Lobster and Seafood in Casserole Korean Style, Stir-fried Lobster Claws with Deep-fried Garlic, Abalone and Chicken Congee with Purple Potato and Quinoa and Pan-fried Lobster and Abalone Cake with Sweet Corn. Other than signature dishes, other hot picks are Oysters and Seafood Platter and Grill Counter, the former serves New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Prawns, while Pan-fried Foie Gras, Prawns, Assorted Skewers and Double-boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Conch Meat will be unlimitedly served at the latter counter to tempt your palate. What’s more, assorted Salad, Japanese Sashimi and Sushi, Cart Noodles and various Curry Delights are also prepared for your temptation.

What’s more, a range of festive desserts like Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Stollen, Christmas Pudding, Christmas Mousse and Christmas Cookies are delicately prepared and sure to leave you in a very merry mood. The buffet also serves MOVENPICK Ice Cream, Baked Purple Potato Soufflé with Quinoa, Serradura Pudding with Purple Potato and Quinoa, Mango Mille-feuille, Crème Brûlée with Blueberry and mini cut cakes for you to finish off the festive meal.

Apart from the dinner buffet, Christmas Lunch Buffet is also delicately served at Park café on 24 and 25 December. Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Baked Edible Crabs with Mozzarella Cheese and various Christmas Desserts will be exquisitely added into the lunch time. Moreover, the serving hour of “Oysters and Seafood Countdown” Late Night Buffet on the night of New Year’s Eve will be extended to 1am for you to have a cheerful countdown party with friends along with the scrumptious delicacies.

How can we celebrate Christmas without Santa Claus? From 24 to 26 December, Santa Claus will come in person to distribute Christmas gifts and take photos with patrons. On-the-spot lucky draw will also be held in 8 sessions during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, some of the attractive prizes include Dinner Buffet Coupon for 2 persons (valued at HK$1,030), Lunch Buffet Coupon for 2 persons (valued at HK$480) and Afternoon Tea  Buffet Coupon for 2 persons (valued at HK$436).

On 24 and 25 December, Christmas Dinner Buffet will be served at 2 sessions at Park café from 5:45pm to 8:15pm and from 8:45pm to 11:15pm, while Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffets will be served from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. What’s more, Early Bird discount is specially offered! Guests who make reservation with full payment on or before 19 December 2016 will enjoy an exclusive 22% off on lunch and dinner buffets from 24 to 26 December. Same discount offer will be also offered on 31 December dinner and late night buffets if guests make reservation with full payment on or before 29 December 2016.
