RASA SELERA KAMPONG @ DORSETT KUALA LUMPUR

During the month of Ramadhan, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur presents diner with an elaborate spread of traditional specials and popular Malay specialities at its Kampong-Style buffet.

Starts your meal with the malay salad dan kerabu kerabu kampung where you can tempt yourself with the burung puyuh special goreng berkunyit, serunding ayam, paru goreng berlada, acar buah, ulam ulam me kayu, ikan masin goreng and more.

Dipped them with the variety choices of sambal where sambal belacan, sambal tempoyok, sambal nenas, cincaluk, Kicap pedas and many more. Don’t miss out their cold cuts where you can enjoy crabs, mussels, prawns with the mustard sauce, relishes and pickles. They also have their great variety of the organic salad station too with the variety it baby spinach, iceberg, asparagus and also beetroot and red cabbage.

Being in Dorsett KL; do enjoy their signature dishes like the signature kambing baker, signature Rojak pasembur, Norwegian salmon percek, balitong masak lemak chili padi and more. Noodles station are also available with their mee rebus with condiments.

Don’t miss out their chicken rice stall. It’s good and delicious. Enjoy the poached chicken, golden roasted chicken, roasted duck with the fragrant rice of course.

Being in a ramadhan buffet, you will never say no to the tender juicy Australian Beef & Lamb , seafood and satay.

Never leave without trying their desserts. A wholesome tempting desserts. Choose either the traditional kuih or the fancy cakes and macaroons.

Help yourself with the pengat keladi, traditional Malay and nyonya kuih, Bubur Nangka and more.

The “Kampung Style” buffet is available from 7 pm till 10.30 pm nightly at their newly renovated Alamanda Room (Level 2) and it is priced at RM 88 nett per adult. Children aged 4-12 and senior citizen will enjoy 50% discount . Early bird voucher promotion are available for purchase until 5th June 2016 at RM 68 nett per person. During the festival buffet, you will get to enjoy the soothing rhythms of the gamelan music while breaking fast and they have lucky draw with friends and beloved too.
