SAVOUR A GOURMET SET DINNER AND SPECIAL DRINKS PROMOTIONS AT BE ON CANTON

Hip and chic al fresco dining terrace Be on Canton, on Level 3 of Gateway Hotel, presents a sensory culinary journey with a Gourmet Set Dinner under the stars. Each evening, chefs at Be on Canton exquisitely prepare a seasonal selection of appetisers, mains and desserts, which guests can enjoy on the stylish terrace.

The menu begins with a choice of mouthwatering spring appetisers, such as Warm salmon salad with soft poached egg, Buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad with aged balsamic vinegar or home-made Soup of the day.

Delicious main courses include Angus beef tenderloin with sauteed vegetables, roasted potato and red wine jus, Grilled king prawn, carrot risotto and saffron sauce, and Pan-fried duck breast with foie gras, fig and vine tomato etc.

Completing a memorable meal, diners can help themselves to the full dessert buffet at Three on Canton, just a few steps from the Be on Canton terrace. Indulge in a bountiful array of freshly made cakes, desserts and pastries, plus premium Mövenpick ice-cream in six luscious flavours. Priced at HK$398* per person, the Set Dinner menu is available daily between 6:00pm and 10:00pm at Be on Canton.

On Sunday to Thursday evenings, Be on Canton is also launching Ladies Night. Ladies enjoy free flow of Prosecco cocktails and red and white wines from 9:00pm to 12:00mn at just HK$168* per person.
