THE LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN @ IPOH

December 21, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Surrounded by the greenery of Tambun, Lost World Of Tambun is another attraction in Ipoh which is famous. Located at the Tambun Town, the Lost World of Tambun brings you both excitement for kids and adults.
This is our first time to Lost World of Tambun after hearing about it so long. And FINALLY we made our trip there as I won a night stay and the travel package to the Lost World from TimeOutKids.
It’s all about FUN and LEARNING there where Grace first time to the theme park or so-called mini zoo. As we are always in the concreate city; it would be a nice to walk around  in the lovely small zoo but just bare with the stinky smell of the animals “poo poo”
They also have some shows not to be missed like the tiger shows and more. They also have the educational farm and animals patting session for small tame animals like rabbits and more.
And they have great scenery as well.
Once you have walk around the zoo area, you can head to the theme park for some water excitement. Play around with the man made sand with your kids.  Dipped in the pool or have some swims with the kids. They have huge water slides for kids to play but to me, it is meant for kids above 5 years. Little Grace is tempted to play but we are a bit afraid as she may drowned a while. So, we ended up accompanying her sliding with her in our legs.
It is a fun time with family there but just it is a bit packed. We aren’t too lucky that day as there are many attractions are closed for maintenance. The pool was a huge one but it is slightly packed. I love the way it is done with the man made beach there as well.
As for the washroom ; it was indeed not well maintained and smelly.
Overall, it is indeed an enjoyable place for a short vacation except for the weather is pretty stuffy there.
