NEW MENU @ EE CUISINE, EASTIN PETALING JAYA

August 24, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

One of the famous Chinese restaurant to visit in Petaling Jaya, Ee Cuisine did not disappoint me with their new menu. Located at the Ground floor of the hotel, the ambience is absolutely good with the great service welcoming us to the restaurant itself.
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
EE Deluxe Combination
Started off with the EE Deluxe Combination where the beautifully presented dishes where the combo of appetizers catches our attention. The creamy baked cheese with the combination of avocado and scallops in it is just too good. Served on top of the dry ice below, the presentation itself had won my heart. Next to it, is the appetizers which is the sausage roll and also the crispy top, fish cake which is made in house. Awesomely good.
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
Double Boiled Shark’s Bone Soup with Fish Maw and Prawn Wantan
Something unique presented where the hearty bowl of soup which is served warm with the fish maw and prawn wantan in it. The flavourful creamy soup with the light hint of peppery taste is indeed delicious.
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
Oven Baked Lamb Cutlet with Chef Special Sauce
One of the signature; the cutlet was baked till medium rare leaving us with the tender and juicy meat. Paired will with the chef signature sauce with it. This is indeed heavenly.
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
Braised River Prawn with Golden Broth
Standing graciously with the mushroom bun by the side, the pluppy size of the prawns was fresh and nicely topped with the golden broth. Look at the bun, it looks like a mushroom though rather than a bun when I see them in the first sight. The sauce comes simply savoury and compliments well with the fresh prawns. Not forgetting, you can dipped the bun on the golden broth.
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
Vermicelli Soup with Marble Goby Fish Head
Serving warm delicious delights, the Vermicelli Soup with Marble Goby Fish Head provide us with the great portion of vermicelli together with the awesomely good with the fresh fish head meat. Nice!
EASTIN PETALING JAYA
We ended with the Chilled Coconut Pudding which is one of my favourite too. The creamy pudding served in the coconut bowl comes simply delicious with the light santan taste .

Address:
Lobby Level, Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya, 13, Jalan 16/11, Pusat Dagang Seksyen 16, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
