SUPER AROMA CRAB

Is a crab feast ! Super Crab Aroma brings you more than just a normal restaurant which served the “stir fried” dishes. Located at Taman Bukit Mayang Emas, the restaurant is simply brings you with a delicious choices of food and crabs. The restaurant is fully air conditioned and there are limited tables. Sometimes the restaurant is quite packed so to be safe, it is better to call first before you visit the restaurant.

SUPER AROMA CRAB

Fried Mee Hoon with La La (RM 8 (small)/ RM 15 (medium)/ RM 20 (large))
One of the signature here is the Fried Mee Hoon with La La. The bihun is being stir fried with the small mussels with perfection, not too dry. It has the taste of “wok hei” in it. Awesomely good.
SUPER AROMA CRAB
Scalding Prawn ( RM 118/kg)
The scalding prawn comes awesomely good where you can taste the robust flavours of sweetness in the prawn. The prawn meat comes bouncy and juicy. The freshness of the scalding prawn is divinely good and it is simple to make it where the live prawn is being cooked into hot boiling water. It is then being cooked with ginger, leek and the Shaoxing wine making it to brings up the aromatic flavours. It comes simply sweet and juicy

The signature here is of course the CRAB where you can enjoy your crab cooked in variety of cooking style from the traditional bites of kam heong, salted egg, steamed, sweet and sour crab and many more.
SUPER AROMA CRAB
Singapore Chili Crab (RM 88/kg)
Try their Singapore’s famous chili crab where the crab is being cooked with the thick robust flavours of sweet chilly taste. Not too spicy but it is indeed bringing the hint of spiciness and the crab also brings you with the fragrant flavours with the juicy meat.
SUPER AROMA CRAB
Cheesy Crab (RM 88/kg)
For those who love something creamy , their cheese crab is being cooked with the Mozzrella Cheese together with pepper and fried garlic in it. The wholesome plate of crab brings you with the creamy cheesy taste together with the sweet plupy crab meat with it.
SUPER AROMA CRAB
Salted Baked Crab (RM 88/kg)
One of the top seller the Salted Baked Crab is amazingly good except I found it too salty. No worries, the salted baked crab is being baked by using rich mineral seasalt which is no harm to human body. Even though it is salty but the fresh taste of the crab is brought out as well.
SUPER AROMA CRAB

SUPER AROMA CRAB

Steamed Huge Prawns (RM 118/ kg)
Steamed Huge Prawns where the huge prawn weighing around 600g each is being steamed till perfection. Each of it is amazing good with the shrimp paste flowing out. Amazingly delicious but beware of cholesterol when having this

SUPER AROMA CRAB

Ended with the aromatic herbal taste of kampong chicken. The kampong chicken is being steamed till perfection together with the generous portion of wolf berries and rice wine with it. Meat comes simply tender with the aromatic taste of the soup itself. Awesomely good.

Very bad service. Do not order octopus ? because they don’t give the sauce that comes with it. The sauce is out of stock but they did not inform.
