REFRESHING SEAFOOD SPLASH DINNER BUFFET WITH SEASONAL OYSTERS AT RENAISSANCE HARBOUR VIEW HOTEL HONG KONG

Indulge in ocean breeze this summer at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong with a refreshing oceanic dinner buffet featuring seasonal oysters with a range of seafood delicacies.

Summer Seafood Splash Dinner Buffet with International Oysters
Beat the heat wave with seafood on ice and you will feel like dipping in the refreshing ocean. Oysters are back! Café Renaissance brings seafood fanatics full-flavoured oysters from Australia, France or Ireland depending on seasonality, ensuring that you can savour the irresistible umami flavour. In addition, the much-loved seafood spread includes Blue

Mussels, Sea Whelks, Snow Crab Legs and Prawns.
Other highlights include succulent Steamed Live Boston Lobster with seven flavorful sauces and Seafood Soup with Crispy Rice a la minute with your choice of seafood like scallops, shrimps, squids and more. Meanwhile, Baked Oyster, Baked Scallop and Steamed Lobster Egg Custard will be also served in cycle. You will also be enticed by assorted sushi, sashimi, zestful international savouries and a range of deliciously sweet desserts.

Dinner buffet is available from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, priced at HK$ 538 per adult and HK$ 258 per child (aged 3-11) / senior (aged 60 or above) from Monday to Thursday; HK$ 568 per adult and HK$ 278 per child (aged 3-11)/ senior (aged 60 or above) from Friday – Sunday and public holidays. Wine lovers can add HK$ 150 for an unlimited flow of selected house sparkling, red and white wines as well as draught beer.
