RAMADHAN 2015 WITH THE CHINESE FARE @ INCOLONIAL RESTAURANT, THE INTERMARK

June 7, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

During the holy month, for those who are looking for something different not ala-buffet style you probably can hop to Incolonial for a delicious meal. Located at the Ground Floor of The Intermark Ampang, it is easily accessible via public transport. Impressive decoration of the restaurant, you will be surprised that the restaurant is serving Chinese Food.
Incolonial
Well, we started of with the lovely platter which comes with 5 choices of delicious items that includes Swiss Spring Rolls, Shrimp Ravioli, Mango Prawn Rolls, Noodlefish with Salt and Chilli and last but not least, Beef and Chicken Skewers. All the items come simply delicious and every mouthful is just as nice as it is.

Incolonial
The delicacies for the night comes awesomely good where we are being pampered wih some of the signatures inclusive In Colonial Black Pepper Rib Eye Cubes, Steamed Sea Garoupa in Lemon Juice, Admiral Butter Tiger Prawns, Padprik Veggies, Claypot Oysters and Seafood, and last but not least, Golden Brown Minced Garlic Scallops.

Incolonial
Served on the hot pot, the In Colonial Black Pepper Rib Eye Cube brings you with the great flavours of beef and it is simply well done with the hint of black pepper in it. The beef remains on the juiciness and once a bite, you will feel the robust flavours in the mouth.

Incolonial
Steamed Sea Garoupa in Lemon Juice is one of my favorite of the night. The fish which is served is amazingly good with the sweet oceanic flavours and at the same time brings us the refreshing and addictive sensation. I am just falling in love with this where I love the sweet and sourish flavours in it.

Incolonial

Admiral Butter Tiger Prawns is another dish not to be missed in their ramadhan delights The tiger prawns is simply sweet and every mouthful is just as good as it is.
Incolonial
Padprik Vege which is the stir fried vege with the cauliflower, long beans and slice of carrot. Nicely done.

Incolonial
Claypot Oysters and Seafood is another dish which capture my attention. The wholesome pot with all the fresh seafood in it which includes fish, prawns and squids. The wholesome dish comes simply flavourful.
Incolonial

Golden Brown Minced Garlic Scallops ends our meal of the night. One of my favorite of the night where the scallops was fully flavoured with minced garlic and was perfectly prepared. The pulpy scallops is filled with the aromatic minced garlic with the hint of light spiciness brings us with the robust flavours and also the juicy texture from the meat itself. Awesomely good.

The Ramadhan 2015, InColonial Restaurant is offering at RM 80/ pax with the minimum of 6 pax. Overall, it is such a satisfying meal with the quality dining.
