“LOBSTER AND ABALONE INDULGENCE” DINNER BUFFET AT PARK CAFÉ OF PARK HOTEL HONG KONG

A rich selection of high quality Lobster and Abalone delicacies are perfectly served at Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong for gourmands to experience a deluxe feast starting from July.

“Lobster and Abalone Indulgence” Dinner Buffet showcases a range of exquisite specialties ranging from appetizers, salads to main courses. Highly recommended abalone delights are Double-boiled Silky Fowl Soup with Abalone and Fish Maw, Mexican Tomatoes and Aloe Vera Salad with Shredded Abalone, Grilled Fresh Abalone with Sea Urchin and Japanese Sake Sauce. While for the Lobster dishes, the hot picks are Steamed Egg with Crayfish Meat Japanese Style and Tandoori Chicken and Lobster Salad with Cucumber in Mint Yogurt Dressing. What’s more, a complimentary dish of Baked Half Boston Lobster with Cheese and Goose Liver Sauce French Style will be offered to each patron too. The above sumptuous delicacies are sure to bring you rich and sweet flavours to sample.

Apart from the signature dishes, New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and more are available in the jet-fresh Assorted Seafood Platter to excite your palate. Also under the spotlights are the Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Carving Station, the former serves 4 selections of sashimi sliced on-the-spot, including Salmon, Herring, Snapper and Octopus, while the latter offers various aromatic and sizzling choices prepared a-la-minute by our chefs, Roasted New Zealand Beef Rib Eye and Roasted Lamb Rack will be served on rotation basis in addition to the regular offering, Whole Ibérico Ham served with Hami Melon. Other food counters like Grilled Station, Vietnam Noodles Station and Salad Bar are also available to ensure you an enjoyable dining experience.

Tempting deserts always mark a perfect end to a lavish buffet. The most sought-after dessert is our 10 tasty flavours of MOVENPICK Ice cream without any doubt. Strawberry Meringue with Honey, Quinoa and Green Tea Cheese Pie with Cinnamon, Mini Lemon and Egg White Tart and Chinese Longan Tea with Red Dates are our newly presented desserts, sweets aficionados are definitely hard to resist any of them. Other sweet offerings such as Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Almond Milk, Chocolate Fountain, cooked-to-order Pancake and Waffle and more are also delicately prepared to satisfy your sweet tooth.

In addition to the above, Park café has exclusively prepared a special program for patrons’ participation every night. The meaty and tasty, Baked Beggar Chicken is modified from a western popular dessert, Bake Alaska. During dinner buffet, the dish will be launching from time to time and set alight in the center place of the café. Patrons are welcomed to break over the grilled bread with our chef.
