For RM78 nett only per person and applicable for a minimum of two persons, enjoy a fine dining experience in the comfort of contemporary yet elegant Si Chuan Dou Hua as you indulge in 78 authentic Sichuan and Cantonese flavours. Amenu specially crafted by Executive Chef Gary Lim, savour a variety of dishes prepared with chicken, seafood, bean curd, beef, rice, noodles, as well as choices of dim sum.

Among the recommended dishes by Chef Gary are cold dishes such as Marinated Chilled Cucumber and Chilled Chicken in Spicy Bean Paste. Other appetisers include the signature Eight Treasures Soup with Seafood and Minced Chicken Soup with Bamboo Piths which are healthy options.

Moving on to the main course, savour the Deep-fried Chicken with Thai Sauce. Should you wish for a more spicy option, try the ‘Chong Qing’ Diced Chicken with Spicy Dried Chilli. From the fish menu, the Steamed Seasonal Fish with Sichuan Tau Pan Sauce promises anauthentic experience as the Tau Pan Sauce is specially imported from the Sichuan province.

The Braised Bean Curd with Minced Chicken and Butter Prawns will definitely add to the variety of your meal. Vegetarians will appreciate the spicy and flavourful Deep-fried Bean Curd with Dried Chilli.

For a non-spicy alternative, vegetable dishes such as Stir-fried French Beans with Minced Meat are available. However, a sure way to set your palette on fire is the Boiled Sliced Beef in Sichuan Spicy Pepper Sauce. For a noodles experience, be sure that the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles is among your choices. As for dim sum choices, our chef recommends the Baked BBQ Chicken Puff, Wok-fried Radish Spinach Cake and Shanghai Minced Meat Bun with Superior Stock.

For dessert, Si Chuan Dou Hua’s signature Home-made Fine Bean Curd with Wolfberry is truly divine to the taste buds with its silken-smooth texture. For a different experience, have a go at the refreshing Chilled Fruit Rojak or opt for the traditional Chinese Pancake. Prepared by two experienced Chefs – Wang Yunghai from Sichuan, Chinese Chef Foong Koon Sang and their talented team, the 78 dishes are prepared a-la minute to maintain the freshness and taste of the dishes.

The 78 Dishes for RM78 nett dining experience at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant is made
emorable by the Tea Connoisseur who presents the humble act of tea art. With a metrelong nose bronze tea kettle, he combines the skills of Chinese martial arts, dance and gymnastics to perform elegant tea-pouring moves. Every cup of tea is special, whether you are sampling the restaurant’s signature Eight Treasures Tea or other blends such as Flower Tea or Oolong Tea.
