In celebration of the most significant event in the Chinese Lunar Calendar, Chinese New Year, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong unveils a series of exciting dining options for guests to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Goat with friends and family.

Culinary Delights

Chef Paul Lau at Michelin Two Stars Chinese restaurant – Tin Lung Heen has prepared an auspicious six-course lunch and eight-course dinner menu, available from February 19 to March 5, to celebrate wealth, health and happiness. The menu is priced at HK$888 and HK$1,988 per person respectively.

Tosca will be offering a five-course dinner menu at HK$1,880 per person on February 20, the second day of the Lunar New Year, when the magnificent fireworks staged above the Victoria Harbour will be the perfect backdrop complementing the one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Should guests wish to enjoy the fireworks at an even higher altitude, the Sky Party at the world’s highest bar Ozone will be their ultimate choice.

For guests who are looking for a sumptuous celebration, The Lounge & Bar and Café 103 offer signature afternoon teas and extravagant dinner buffets.
