We started with the Hiyayakko where the cold tofu comes simply delicious and unique. The cold tofu  is well served with the thinly sliced seaweed, spring onions as well as shredded ginger and also the bonito flakes with it. The tofu  comes amazingly smooth and awesome with the refreshing bites in it. The soothing temptations is amazingly lovely and every mouthful is just so heavenly.

Next we had the tomato capreze with the sweet sourish tomato which is thinly sliced and layered with the sliced of cold tofu in it. It is indeed special as most of the restaurant s using the blue cheese, but the combination of using the cold taufu in the tomato capreze is indeed something special to enjou Drizled with the light soy sauce for additional light salty flavours. The combination is just awesome.

Shishamo (RM 18.00) comes to us with the unique blend where the “Willow Leaf Fish” is being pan fried till perfection. The willow leaf fish is simply awesome with the aromatic flavours and complete with the juiciness and a bit of saltiness in it. The taste is awesome and you can have them together with the bones in it too.

With more unique delights, try their Avacado Sashimi ( RM 20) that comes pretty unique where the avocado is being grilled and making it alike sashimi and presented graciously on the plate. The sashimi that simply melts in the mouth. The creamy and milky sensation of the sashimi is simply delicious.

Chawanmushi (RM 11) here us pretty unique compared to the usual chawanmushi we usually had is served hot but in Makishima Japanese Restaurant, our Chawanmushi is being served cold instead. The Assorted Tempura (RM 50)is simply well done and deep fried till perfectionist. The tempura that comes with the variety of vegatables being dipped into the breadcrumbs and deep fried till golden yellow. The crispy tempuras are deliciously done where it is crispy at the outside and the inside remains the moist and juicy texture.

If you are looking for some juicilicious temptations, why not try their beef steak (RM 70). The beef steak is awesomely done. Grilled till perfection, the beef is sinfully addictive with the moist and tender meat and every mouthful of the delights is just perfect. The melts in the mouth sensation with the creaminess of the beef meat is so goodilicious where we are so indulge with it.

Sushi comes next where we had a platter of the Vegetable Sushi (RM 35). The healthy sushi comes with the myriad colours of vegetables wrapped on the rice itself. There are the capcicum, avocado, cabbage and more in a plate of wholesome sushi. The vegetable sushi platter is indeed bringing us suprises to our usual dining in a Japanese Restaurant.

Not just having the vegetable sushi, they also have Nigiri Sushi (RM 80 (7 pcs) / RM 120 ( 9 pcs)/ RM 150 (11pcs). The wholesome plater of the Nigiri Sushi is indeed a good combination. The unagi sushi is definite my favorites of all with the moist texture of the sushi combinaing with the juiciness in it. Each piece of the sushi brings us with the different taste and blend with every mouthful is so goodilicious. Nice !
