KOPITIME CAFÉ, DAMANSARA JAYA

September 30, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

FACADE

Kopitime is nothing new to many people especially PJ residents. The restaurant which had established more than 10 years of course have their specialty in it. Kopitime is a famous spot for coffee and their nasi lemak and they are originated from Atria and Kopitime moved out from Atria when the mall is undergo a big renovation. Being that, they moved over to some shoplots which is situated just nearby Atria.

NASI LEMAK
Bringing the Malaysian favorites, Nasi Lemak is one of the item being presented to us. The aromatic coconut rice cooked in coconut milk is served with anchovies, peanuts, egg, chicken, sliced cucumber and sambal belacan squids. The servings of the nasi lemak is pretty heavy, but it is so marvelous where we just finished them too.
Price: RM 8.90

charkoayteow

Char Koay Teow in Kopitime is another satisfying dish. Well stir fried with the spiciness in it, the char koay teow is to the slightly wet side compare to the dry style of char koay teow. Added with fish cakes, some prawns and beansprout, the char koay teow is just fragrant as it is.
Price: RM 8.90

ASAM LAKSA

ASAM LAKSA
Asam laksa brings us with the more spicy version. Smooth and silky textures of noodles served with the shredded cucumbers, pineapples and also fresh tenggiri fish with it. The asam laksa brings slight soury but the spiciness of the asam laksa can be felt after a few mouthful of it.
Price: RM 8.50

CHEE CHEONG FAN
We also had the chee Cheong fun which is served with the yong tau fu together with it. The silky Cheong fun served ala Ipoh style with the yong tau fu ingridients is just nice for light eaters.
