WELLNESS RECIPE, 10 BOULEVARD

Organic Food is getting more famous now due to the health concious of the people. What are actually Organic Foods? Organic foods are foods that are produced using methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives. In Malaysia, this business are also blooming and this time, we are reviewing Wellness Receipes which is one of the restaurant and an ideal place for green lifestyle lovers, with lifestyle cafe and cozy kind of decorations.

– The Beautiful Environment-

– The Open Concept Kitchen-

The restaurant is nicely decorated with the nice beautiful colors of greeny and it is a nice beautiful open concept kitchen. I am falling in love with the decorations and the colors is alike you are having in a garden.

To start with, the organic dishes of Wellness Recipe are actually their Organic Juicing Noodles. They come in 3 forms/colours:

BarleyGreen by Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara, a spray dried powder, juiced from organic young barley leaves is processed to make it easier for your body to absorb nutrients

BetaBeet – a soluble powder made from the juice of organically-grown beets and contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients including folic acid, iron, calcium and betaine

BetaCarrot – captures the natural benefits of organic fresh carrots and acerola berries, providing your body with two of nature’s best antioxidants, beta carotene and vitamin C

Organic Juice Spaghetti Noodles is where it come with the combination of 3 noodles – Organic Barleygreen, Beta Carrot and Beta Beet noodles.
Price: RM14.80

We started off with the green curry where the curry is served with mushrooms as well as a variety of vegetables. The curry is full of aroma which it is extremely delighting and mouth watering as well.

Price:RM14.80(vegetarian), RM18.80(chicken)

We are also being served with the Korean Style Steam Hot Pot where the meal comes with a mix of mushrooms and vegetables cooked in hotpot and Korean Soup. The soup is full of essence and the ingredient is indeed a fresh one.

Price:RM12.80

– The Signature Chicken-

-The Signature Chicken with Mushroom Fried Brown Rice-

We are also being served with their Wellness Signature Organic Chicken where the organic chicken comes in a tasty spicy herb sauce. You may opt the chicken to be served with their normal organic brown rice or with their mushroom fried brown rice.

–The Raw Grains-

The rojak is made from homemade asam jawa and the vegetarian sauce. This is where the fruits and vegetables with the rojak paste are served with roasted peanuts.

Price:

Rojak – (Small) RM3.80 ; (Big) RM6.80

On the beverage, we are being served with the Barleygreen Honey where the organic barleygreen is being mix with the royal honey.
Price: RM 5.90

We also tried the redish drinks which is the Beta Beet Coconut is where the Organic Beta Beet served together with the fresh coconut blended together.
Price: RM 6.90

Last but not least, the dessert is served at our table where the healthy not too sweet dessert is served. The wintermelon longan tong sui is not too sweet and it is well made with its organic style.
