Uncle 'K' Kopitiam, opens its restaurant in Jaya One. The location is at the ground floor at the same row with the Coldstorage The restaurantis simply magnificent as they cater food from mamak to indian and even to westerns.
Nasi Kandar - Served hot rice wrapped with banana leaf. The dishes are plenty and had the magnificent tasty curry chicken and a papadam serves with some vegetables

Char Koay Teow- The char koay teow is simply wet which is more to Malay style char koay teow. Served with bean sprout as well as shrimps
