Super Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine @ TTDI: The Pork Free Vietnamese Food

October 4, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Super Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine is one of the palce where you can find great pork-free Vietnamese Cuisine. The restaurant is located in TTDI and they serving up the Melbourne – Style Pho and other Classic of Vietnamese delights.

We visited them a week ago and we found that they served a variety of the authentic Vietnamese Cuisine from the popular pho to the bahn mi and spring rolls. And whats made them even specialist they uses only halal certified products. And recently we had tried Vietnamese delights here.

This round we started with the pho where they had a variety choice to choose from. Some of the choices includes the Special Beef Combination (RM 19.90), Medium Rare Sliced Beef and Beef Tendon (RM 18.90), Medium Rare Sliced Beef and Beef Tripe (RM 18.90), Medium Rare Sliced Beef and Well Done Beef Brisket Slices (RM 18.90), Beef Balls (RM 16.90) and many more. For those who were not a beef lover, you could enjoy the chicken pho. The pho was deliciously done where the noodles was super-licious good.

We enjoyed the Fresh Rice Paper Roll wrapped with Chicken & Prawn (4pcs) (RM 12.90) . Loved the thin fresh rice paper roll and every mouthful was sinfully addictive. The ingredients were fresh and dipped them in their signature sauce for more robust flavours.

Next, we were being served with the Fragrant Grilled Lamb Chop and Crispy Spring Roll (RM 18.90). This was perfectly done where the meat was tender and well marinated. Sides with loads of Vietnamese Vermicelli and Mixed Salad Leaves.

And of course; don’t miss out this awesome Banh Mi (RM 11.90). A must eat here. Crunchy crust together with the juicy meat in it. Every mouthful was perfect- moist and juicy. Addictive!

Being a rice lover, I was indeed falling in love with their Aromatic Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Served Chicken Meatloaf (RM 16.90) . The chicken was well prepared and grilled till perfection and sides with the chicken meatloaf, fried kampung egg and pickled vegetables.

If you are looking for nice Vietnamese Delights, heads to Super Saigon to enjoy yours now.
