COPPER @ MENARA SHELL

coppersLocated at the new building in Menara Shell, Copper brings you a quality food with the classical and beautiful setup not to bee missed. With an inviting space and splashes of color, where you can have the yellow sofa, cherry red carpet and also a lot of open space too.

The pork and alcohol free modern European fare with the Mediterrenean influence is what Copper represents. Menu comes simply simple and yet pretty extensive.

Charcoal Grilled Avocado & Calamari (RM 20)
The lovely portion of appetizer is well glazed with sweet soy sauce and served with the squid ink puree. The calamari comes fresh with the appetizing taste in it

Pira Oven Mushroom (RM 22)
Uniquely presented, the chacrcoal roasted Porchini and assorted mushrooms together with the truffle oul, roasted cheese, onion puree, as well as cracked egg and toast. It’s taste comes simply unique.

Mushroom Aglio Olio (RM 28)
Cooked al-dente; the aglio olio is well tossed together with the garlic, chili and parsley.

Charcoal Grilled Spring Chicken (RM 30)
Served medium with romesco, sweet sauce soy Vinaigrette roasted onion and polenta chips. The portion is not too huge but the spring chicken come simply juicy.

Charcoal Grilled Lamb (RM 50)
The lamb which is well cooked till perfection is served with the spiced yogurt, Arugala Salad, Housemade pickles and sweet and sour dressing.
