ALTO SKY LOUNGE @ HATTEN HOTEL MALACCA, MALACCA

Bringing you with a great view of Malacca town, the Alto Sky Lounge indeed did not disappoint us though. Located on level 22 of Hatten Hotel Melaka, Alto Sky Lounge is bringing you the fascinating view of the Malacca town where one can soaring over a breathtaking cityscape. Alto Sky Lounge offers guests spectacular views of Melaka’s coastal township. Sit back and relax against this stunning backdrop while sipping a mix of deftly crafted cocktails, delicious light bites and a variety of fine wines.

Featuring a polished design, upscale ambience and the dulcet tones of a live band, Alto is the perfect venue for mixing business with pleasure.

We started with the Lakeview BBQ Black Bass Fillet Marinated with the Special Home Recipe where the delights iss served with the choice of the Buttered Broccoli, Abolone Mushroom and Crisp Onion Rings. The serving comes with a few mix match choices where you can have a single ala-carte potuon at RM 32++ ( single portion) while RM 58++ ( double portion). For the set menu, the single portion comes with the serving price of RM 40++ and double at RM 78.00++. The set is being served with the soup o the day, hot dish, cold dish as well as a soup of the day and a desserts.

For today, we had the Pumpkin Soup which is well cooked till perfection and with the creamy sensation in it. The soup comes awesomely good and flavourful. As for the hot dish, the choices comes with one hot dish delights to choose from where you an get the Chessy Potato Wedges, Garlic Fried Rice or even the Roasted New Potato. As for the cold dish, tempt your self with the Apple Walnut Salad, Raisin Coleslaw Salad or the Caesar Salad.

The Black Bass Fillet comes with the generous portion where the black fillet is served moist and with the flaky texture in it . The fish meat comes simply good where each mouthful can felt the sweetness of the black bass fillet. Topped with the choice of sauce where they have the Smoked Hickory, BBQ Sauce, Dijon Suace, American Mustard, Applewood Smoked BBQ Sauce, BBQ Chili Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Sweet Chili Sauce.

As for the desserts, we are pampered with the choice of the Chocolate brownies with a Single Scoop of Vanila Ice Cream. The brownies which is being served comes simply moist and to our favorites.

We also have the seafood platter where the Lincoln BBQ Seafood Platter Marinated with the Special Home Recipes. Well marinated and done, the huge platter of seafood platter is served with the large prawns, sea scallops, rock oysters, blue mussels, whole squid and black bass fillet served with the battered sweetcorn, crispy onion rings and poached egg. I love the juiciness of the great seafood and each mouthful of the seafood comes simply awesome.

Another would be the banana split which is served in the great presentation which is amazingly lovely.
