THAIEXPRESS, THE CURVE

July 26, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

ThaiExpress is a chain of restaurants serving Thai cuisine. The first restaurant was opened in Holland Village in Singapore in May 2002. Since then there have been other outlets in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Mongol and other places as well. The restaurant itself had their classy new menu up with more add-ons of their signature in their menu where they had also cater for more choices of snacks for sharing portion as well.

Started of with its clear tomyam for a try, the Tom Yum Talay which is the clear soup tomyam is filled with the seafood ingridients (squids, prawns, fish) . The soup is well served in a bowl and the taste brings to the spicier blend with the soury taste with it.
Price: RM 10.90

If you prefer to have the some red tomyam, onr of the signatures will be the Tom Yum Kang Nam Daeng which is where the the red tomyam is being served with the crayfish. The tomyam for this brings the hint of spiciness and they are perfectly good and spicy. I am just completely falling in love with the lovely fish meat.
Price: RM 16.90

Khoa Tang Naa Tang is something special to try off. The lovely Thai Rice Cracker are being served together with the restaurant “Special ThaiExpress Creamy Chicken and Shrimp Sauce”. The delights is goodness and it is something which is rarely found in Thai Restaurant. The combination with the sweet sauc on the rice cracker is just superb and it is something worth to try in Thai Express.
Price: RM 8.90

If you love to have the Roti Krob, it would be just a lovely choices of trying it. The crispy roti is being stuffed with the minced chicken salad which is something special to try off. The juicu texture of the minced meat compliments well together with the crispy roti which is being served.
Price: RM 10.90

There also have the famous Phat Thai which is the Phat Tai Talay. The cooking style here is a bit different from many places as they have much more “wok hei”. The Phat Thai is well stir fried with the seafood with it. The portion is quite a reasonable one and it is lovely to be shared together.
Price: RM 15.90

Kway Teow Lui Suan is something different to try off. The dry style koay teow salad is simply something special which is worth to try off. The koay teow salad is just lovely where they have the minced chicken being served together and wrapped with the dry koay teow and some greenies. It is something special to grab off when you are visiting Thai Express.
Price:RM 8.90

The Massaman Chicken Curry with the Thai-Style Pancake is simply another superb dishes. The Thai Style Pancake is where the whole chicken thigh is well cooked with the decent curry taste where the scent of the heavy clove taste. It is being served together with the Thai Style Pancake and you can dip it together as well.
Price: RM 15.90

Not to forget, we end our meal with the Khao Niao Mamuang which is one of the local desserts which is the norms of the desserts. The sweet glutinous rice with the completeness of the sweet mango and topped with the coconut milk is sinfully delicious to end our meals.
