If you are a chawanmushi lover, do try their Unagi Chawanmushi where the eel is being steamed together with the chawanmushi itself. The soft egg texture and topped with the sweetness of the unagi infused in it, the chawanmushi is good.

The headlines of the new Grand Menu is the Achovies and Garlic Seafood Pizza which is sure to delights for seafood lovers. The pizza and seafood lovers will definite to fall in love with the squids, shrimps, and scallops which is loaded on a bed of the homemade tomato sauce which is well infused with the anchoviews and garlic, and blanketed with a layer of pipping hot melted cheese. For those who preferredsome stir fried dishes, Yasai Kinoko Itami is one of the choices. It serves up an appetizing hot plate of sliced pork, cabbage, carrot, enoki mushroom shimeji mushroom and shitake mushroom, bean sprouts and nira. Fans of savoury Japanese Pancake will find joy in the Hiroshima-fu Okonomiyaki which temps the most resolute of dieters with the juicy pork slices on a Okonomiyaki base slathered with special sauce, dried bonito and a sprinkling of Aonari flakes. As an ode to its Japanese heritage, Watami also introduced their vwey own Tonkatsu Ramen where they combine the two classics of “Ramen” and “Tonkatsu” into one instanly recognized dishes. Rashers of pork chashu float in a specail pork both surrounded by the classic ingridients of flavoured half-boiled egg, crispy beansprouts and bamboo shots with a dash of Japanese Leek and spring onion. They have the option of the original as well as the spicy based one. The Watami Tonkatsu Ramen is being served with the ramen itself, with pork chashu, flavoured half cooked egg, bean spout and bamboo shoots. The soup is very flavorful where it is well being cooked for hours before served.

Spicy lover can opt for the Kara Miso Ramen which is the same ingridients like the Watami Tonkatsu Ramen but it brings a spicy taste instead. To me, it is not much spiciness but it is salty.

Fancy of pork cutlets with rice? Watami’s Tokyo Rosu Katsu don is a classic dish of prime cut deep fried pork loin in golden pool of scrambled egg and homemade Watami katsu sauce, served on a bed of white reiice and garnished with fresh spring onion. Savory taste of the rice itself bringing a crispy pork cutlet which is something not to be missed here.

As for the chicken katsu kare it features the crumbed chicken cutlet together with the Japanese sweet curry. The curry which is served was thick and flavorful but it is slightly salty to me.
